We just left there about a hour ago. We came in to look at a used ram they had even though they deal mainly with VW. We were unfortunately able to purchase due to being to much upside down on our trade in. Even though they new they could not make a sale they still were kind and respectful to us. You do not get that other places. They new we had a credit card we could have used to cover the difference but did not push us to use it when they found out we didn’t want to. Most dealers would have hounded us and made us feel pressured to do so. We had a very pleasant experience and wanted to give a shout out to the dealership. The salesman Shane was great. We hope he stays in the sales game for a long time. Dealerships need salespeople like him. It will keep people coming back.

HORRIBLE. This is the first review I ever left in my life. Customer service folks were great. Besides that….TERRIBLE.They had my car for over a Month. I paid for a crank shaft sensor. After it was done. I was told that made the initial problem worse. Which I never fully knew what the initial problem was. Had to get the sensor first. ?After I got the sensor installed I was told that I needed a new timing belt and fuel pump. I was no longer interested in dealing with them. I went in last Tuesday (12th) to pay for my services that was done and to get my car back. After going in yesterday (19th) I got a call saying that my car was ready. Took a week for them to “put my car back together “.Today I picked my car up. Drove it to another auto shop. I was told that my car is timing belt is fine. But it does have an oil leak. And they didn’t see where I needed to get sensors. The new shop literally said “I’m not sure if they were even looking at your vehicle. Because their notes are all wrong. Needless to say. The new shop got the leak fixed and will be returning my car tomorrow.I’m not sure if these guys suck all the time. But my experience sucked. Once again. Customer service was cool.Deal with these guys at your own risk.My first review ever. Must have really sucked.

Love my dealership. Jessica is knowledgeable and patient and explains things as many times as I need. I feel comfortable knowing that she has taken ownership of any repairs or maintenance that is needed.

It was comfortable to make the appt. The service tech recommended an additional service due to my mileage being so low and age of car. That was nice. I dropped off vehicle easily and received a text when the service was complete. ST was nice. Chatty. Made me feel welcome. I do miss when you used to do a car wash after the service was done. That was always a nice a nice value added service picking up your car.

I bought my CC from a used car dealership and brought it in to that dealership’s service department for the same problem at least 6 times in half as many months. It finally got repaired correctly thanks to Justin Ellis who left shortly afterwards and when my car recently started having the same problems I made an appointment at Mike Maroone VW and was so stoked to see Justin when I pulled into the bay and when he told me that Jordan, the service tech who finally fixed my car correctly 2 years ago was also working here, my stress level went way down because I knew from past experience that my car was in good hands! And I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to see that the costs of labor and parts were not as high as I expected!

Wayne in sales and Tyler in finance were absolutely amazing to work with. My husband and I went to look at 2023 Atlas cross sports and we got the chance to drive 1 of 2 2024 Cross Sports. Absolutely amazing! No question on choice and thanks to Tyler helping us crunch numbers, no buyers remorse. Never thought I could have such a great experience at a dealership. Highly recommend!

So back in December my engine oil light came on and said turn off engine now....a month after an oil change not done from them. I took it there as I've had services done there before and said I'm going through 3+ quarts a month find out why (covered under extended warranty)They replaced valve seats, timing chain and tensioner. The service was so bad I got the GMs number and dealt with him directly for the rest of the wait. Two week after getting the car back I checked the oil and it was 2 quarts low. I took it back and did it's still leaking/burning oil somewhere I wanted it fixed. They checked what they replaced and did it was a good fix, it's a Volkswagen and it will burn more oil than most cars (exact words) well I had to replace the intake pipe to the intercooler (wife vs skateboard and guess who won) and there was oil in it. It seems like the turbo may be leaking oil, not sure if they took it off and didn't tighten something or just age but hey it would have been nice to have it fixed when I asked....under warranty. It also looks to be leaking around the head/timing cover and they didn't even have all the bolts right. Might be nitpicking the first pic but that gab doesn't seem right and the same side it's leaking

We dealt with Tyler Lane, the (in our opinion) BEST finance manager out there. Honest, kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable. Our family would recommend him wholeheartedly, and we are grateful that we were able to do business with him. 5 stars aren’t enough!

Working with Jessica in the Service Department was very easy, relaxing and appeciated. I only had 750 miles on the vehicle, it's new, I was upset that there was already something wrong with it. Having a hubby keep telling me "I hope you didn't buy a lemon" was ringing in the head but she put me at ease and I really appreciated that.

Wayne was incredible to work with, he made my experience a memorable one. He was patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and I appreciated all of his help. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, he had it all ready to go and on display in the show room with my name on it! I couldn’t have been happier! I just got my very first car at MMV. I did my research and went with the 2023 Taos which I love! Kyle and the team were very helpful and polite, process was smooth and quick and I really appreciate that. Kyle and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable and great people, they made my first car purchase very pleasant.

We were pleasantly surprised that the sales guy Jordan respected what we were looking for in our purchase and didn't pressure us to exceed our budget. We also wanted to buy a car that was already reserved and the manager declined selling it to us - we really admired how they honored their word over making money. Also, the financing guy Tyler used a coupon to lower our rate! This let us stay in our budget and get the extended service warranty, which we'd considered declining. The whole team worked really hard to meet our specific wants and bizarre timeline, and they made it super easy to sign and drive away!

A big THANK YOU to Reece and Shawn in Service. I was working this week in Colorado Springs and my check oil light came on. Since my home is in Boerne, TX, I immediately made my way to the dealership where I was greeted with a smile by Reece and Shawn. I explained my situation, and they tapped my oil off and even added some coolant. All at no charge, and within 5 minutes. Then today, my check engine light came on, and I brought it back in again and Shawn took care of me again. There is a reason why he is the manager...I highly recommend this service department. Great customer service is what breeds loyalty.

The sales experience was outstanding, mainly because of our salesman, Jordan. He actually listened rather than pushed, and that went a long way to making my decision easier to make. There were minor procedural issues regarding financing that seem to have been internal communication issues, but by and large, this was a very positive experience.
