Was kind of blown off by the management. Probably never do business with them. Live and learn.

I had my oil changed last week on Wednesday and when I got it back I noticed the AC didn't. Called later that day because I was running errands, was told they would be able to get me in until Thursday the following week (aka today). I was going to be out of town until earlier this afternoon so I talked to someone about dropping off my car Tuesday morning. When I got there no one knew I was supposed to be there to trade the car in for a rental. I had the same service adviser (his name is Jonnie) that I did when I got my oil changed. When I turned my car in the service adviser told me they would be able to have it done later that day before I left on my trip. I got my car back 2 days ago, paid over $600 to have whatever chemical makes the air cold put back into my car, and I had to take it back earlier today because the AC gave out AGAIN on the way back from eleven mile. It's a little over an hour drive both ways so there's no reason as to why this happened. And on top of that my car is now making a metal scraping on metal noise. The car is a 2019 Honda, so honestly after the first fix it should've been fine. Also come to find out that the service adviser told me the mechanic thought that chemical went bad in my car, but the service notes had said that the tank was empty. Not bad or low, just straight up empty. I honestly feel like the original fixing of the AC was rushed, and I feel like the service advisor was trying to pull something over on me just because I am a woman. I may not know a lot about cars but I'm lucky enough to have family members that to and it also helps that I'm not dense in the head. Something about the whole situation just seems weird

I bought a car, and when I tried to return it, within their set time frame, they refused to accept it. The service department is slow and doesn't communicate with the customer. I sat for three hours before seeking out answers about my car....they were going to let me sit another three hours before it was ready.

I brought my Honda CR-V to Mike Maroone Honda for a 45,000 mile service. I received excellent service from start to finish. An alignment was initially recommended; however, when the auto mechanic checked my car, it was not needed. I am pleased to be charged only for necessary maintenance. Thank you for great service. I recommend the auto repair service at Mike Maroone. Honda!

I brought my 2017 Pilot in to specifically have my alignment corrected. When I left, it was worse than when I got there and I sat there for over 3 hours until closing time on a Friday. They tried to make it right by picking my car up the following Tuesday to "correct" the mistake. I take it to Groove Dealership because my car still felt off and guess what they recommend? A re-alignment. This isn't the first time something wasn't corrected. I have dished out so much money at this dealership. So, I gave a poor survey review because they didn't get the job done, not once, not twice, but three times and you want to know what I get? A butt hurt text from the service advisor on their service text line AFTER I made a comment about how great she was. I would've left it at the survey but after I received the very unprofessional text, I have filed a complaint with corporate and I will not be returning there nor will I ever recommend this dealership. I won't stop there either because this kind of poor treatment deserves the recognition. I will be leaving reviews on every online review site and I will be posting the texts from the service advisor publicly. Learn some professionalism and get some better mechanics, Mike Maroone. I was left stranded on the side of the interstate with my three small children AFTER I was assured my car was safe to drive because this service department couldn't fix the issue and instead nickle and dimed me for all they could. Would love a call from the GM but I've left a message and so far nothing so looks like I'll be calling the corporate office again.

I traded in my 2012 Jeep Wrangler for a 2023 Honda Civic EX. Wesley & Jason were so helpful and nice through the entire experience! My jeep motor ended up going out right after I signed my trade-in paperwork and had my new car (they did a sight unseen trade). Instead of cancelling my deal they worked with me and allowed me to put more money down to let me keep the Honda and not have to deal with the annoying cost of repairing the jeep. I am forever grateful to them and will definitely be referring people to them

Tony McIntosh is the most caring & knowledgeable car sales consultant we've done business with for over 15 years. He knows about future Honda vehicle trim updates and competitive models. He has always been very fair & honest upfront about everything when buying a car. I know if there is ever a problem with my car and it hasn't been dealt with appropriately (which is very rare) by another department, he will do everything he can to help make it right. Maroone Honda has made vast improvements since the transition from Front Range Honda to the current dealership. My only complaint is they seem overcrowded at times because of the increased number of additional Honda owners or future owners, so it can be difficult to find a place if you're waiting for services. Of course, I understand the supply issues and struggles that all dealerships are currently facing; however, they have always been quick to relay any delays or issues for inventory, parts, or services. Terri Jameson is an amazing Service Consultant. She and the entire service technician team are very knowledgeable and helpful whenever I have issues with any of my vehicles. I trust them completely. We have trusted them to repair our vehicles right the first time after car accidents over the other insurance-recommended collision centers in town because of past experience. They have never let us down as those guys did. We've never had any issues with repair estimates or underhanded car sales tactics that we have experienced with other dealerships in town. I recommend Tony & Terri from Mike Maroone Honda all the time to friends who are looking for a new or used car or car repairs. In addition, they support all Military families (Active & Retired)!! They also have a recent college graduate program for new car buyers. They are worth the drive!

I would be skeptical about any glowing 5-star reviews. I went in a couple weeks ago and was met with every awful car dealership cliché you could think of.-Low-balled me big time on my trade-in, which I had done extensive homework on and knew what the fair value range was and what they could sell it for.-Wanted to tack on $2000 of "mandatory" nonsense add-ons to the MSRP. Lug nuts do not cost $130, I don't care how special they supposedly are.-Wanted a $500 "nonrefundable" deposit for a car that may or may not actually arrive when they claim it will.-Actually had the audacity to say "we are not beholden to our advertised financing rates." Then what are we even doing here, boys?! It's on YOUR website.-If the first salesperson isn't successful at getting you to blindly sign to their initial whack terms, don't be surprised when s/he suddenly disappears and they send in someone more aggressive, who will claim they were "just sitting over there with nothing to do and figured [they] would come talk to you." Ah, the good cop/bad cop routine, classic.Go anywhere else, seriously. Somewhere they don't play stupid games. It shouldn't be this hard to give someone my money. All I wanted was a fair shake. This is why people use Carvana!

I had such a good experience at Mike Maroone Honda. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by everyone and they were all very very nice and welcoming. We were car shopping all day long and mike maroone was our last stop and I wish we came here first! Our salesman Ben Speight is such a great, knowledgeable, genuine guy. He helped me pick my new 2022 Honda Civic sport. I definitely recommend seeing him and his crew. Mike maroone decently had a different and positive atmosphere than the other dealerships we went to prior.

They scammed me. Got a letter from Honda corporate stating Waranty extension for a known start stop problem on my ignition start button which leads to the need to press the button more than once to start the car. I have those symptons since the 1st year of owning the car. Mike M Honda charged me $115 simply to tell me that there was no problem with my car regarding that issue and yet i have the symptoms. They said it was my starter and said they could fix it for over $850.00 I took the car to a local mechanic who said it was not the starter as the car starts fine after pressing the button 2 to 3 times.

I came from Texas to Colorado Springs to buy my new Ridgeline. I figured it beat walking back to Texas after giving my 06 to my granddaughter. I was amazed by the service and the customer care. They actually listened to my needs. They were so helpful. They actually FedExed a big packet of filled out info so I could get my Texas title and get my new truck registration with. Thankyou! I highly recommend them.

Don't trust them. I asked for a quote on the cost of a transmission flush. When I arrived for my appointment, it was higher than quoted. They honored the quoted price, but then made up the difference in shop supplies and fees. In the end, I paid $100 more than expected. If you come here, be prepared to be misled, lied to and sucker-punched with the price.
