Great facility awesome staff, but Joe is amazing!! He is respectful of my time, personable, understanding, and takes time to explain things to me. I would just prefer to work with him every single time I come in because he is awesome but Truly. I know the whole team is amazing. Because every single time i'm in there, everyone smiles and makes sure i'm okay and getting what I need.

The reason I didn't give a 5-star, is because I worked with two people. I originally worked with Josh Bubick. There was very little communication, and if he did communicate, it would take a while, sometimes hrs. I went to the store to speak with him, because he wouldn't reply to my text in a timely manner, but he did send me my bill. I tried to find out an explanation about it, and no response. I arrived and he was at lunch, which is where I met, Joe Archuleta. He was absolutely amazing. You could tell that her truly cared and was extremely helpful. Wish I had Joe, from the start
