The dumbest thing happened at this store. The store closes at 7pm and I arrived at 6:07 to the keys (visible from the outside) inside the door locked. I call and a female answers the phone (I can hear a crying baby in the background) so I asked her "I'm outside your door, are you guys open"? She then replies "yeah we're open" then hangs up the phone. I will never come here again. Management needs to get their stuff together here and hire professional people that wants to work.

Today I went into the t-Mobile store the one off South academy. Luis Velez was the one who gave me customer service on today. He very was helpful, pleasant and went out of his way. There are others like Isalem Webb could have spelt his name wrong but he went out of his way to help last night in fact all of them like Nacho, James and another young black man. They all have great skills and excellent customer service thank you for there employment there.

Robert a sales person there shouldn't work there he doesn't know how or didnt want to help me with getting me a new password for my account that iforgot. He told me he couldn't help me with a new password even after I gave him my phone and i.d.and when I asked for a manager he said he didn't have there number or knew anyone I can contact.dont ever go there when he's working cause he has a terrible attitude and will curse u out like he did to me
