The manager is a thief , he will take your money. And not enter the payment into the computer , so if u want to get ripped off go to the location on 1975 West unitah Street 80904. He will pocket your money

I had the up most amazing experience w/ this place & seeing great customer service as " Ibraham " is surely taken care of the people & has tons of knowledge on how to help fixing a solution or problem with getting handled, the store is pretty tidy & well stocked, I highly recommend this place & as well as Ibraham for support needs, surely 5Stars!

I went in to add a line to my account. Even though my laptop was unable to work with their service they sold me the plan anyway. When the incompatibility was discovered I was told by the manager Abraham "don't worry about, I will take care of you". We ordered a laptop from him and he would let us know when it arrives. A month passes without a word. When contacted he replies "I don't have control of when those things come in". Never gave us a call. We purchased a laptop from a outside source that is compatible. Came in and had it activated. Mind you, I had already paid for activation and over a month of service at this point. We leave being told that everything is ok. I get a text saying I owe $190. The manager Abraham says "don't worry, I will take care of it". He didn't. He said I needed to text him before the end of my billing cycle. I did. He didn't take care of it. He did however cop a ridiculous attitude. I had to text him over a dozen times over the last month for him to lie and say he will fix it. Today is my payment due date. When I contacted him again to get this fixed, I told him he should be ashamed of himself. In response he physically threatened me. This is the kind of person you have managing a store? One the defaults to violence to a customer who simply expects him to keep his word. I am filing as many complaints to metro as they will take. I am filling out negative yelp reviews. Your manager is a thief and a liar. You should be ashamed!!

OPEN AGAIN UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Best Customer Service I have ever had at a Metro Store. I had a terrible experience at another location and was leaving Metro for Verizon. I'm glad that I went back to this store. I'm staying with Metro another 8 years I hope.Abraham was very knowledgeable about all of the phones. He answered all of my obnoxious questions and found us the perfect price for my families upgrades. We will use this store once again because of the best Customer Service, knowledge and professionalism of Abraham.BEST METRO STORE EVER.
