I really appreciate the personalized attention and excellent customer service of Renee. She was exceptionally helpful in helping to educate me about wigs and select one to wear while I'm battling breast cancer. Bonus: she is a whiz with make up, too so I've got a very healthy robust new look while I'm doing battle. 5 of 5 would definitely recommend. Thanks, Renee!!!! Oh my! What a wonderful and safe place to discover in a time when your life has been turned upside down because of cancer! On top of learning I had cancer, I was told my chemotherapy would definitely result in losing all my hair. Very uncertain, I came to your store and found a place of encouragement with truly caring people who were also very sensitive to my situation and needs. Renee took the time to learn my thoughts about style, my desires about enhancing the shape of my face, and my concerns about wig care. She then gave me several judicious selections that all met my parameters and gave me honest opinions on them all. She gave me plenty of time to make my final choice. Not only did I leave your store with a wig that I love and all the accessories I would need, I came away with increased hope and optimism for making it through the many months ahead of chemo, surgery and, finally, radiation. I now know I can feel good about myself even while dealing with cancer! My husband says I haven’t smiled so much since I began this unexpected cancer journey not very long ago.A week later I returned when Abby called to tell me that new turbans had arrived. She was so knowledgeable about the properties of the different materials and helped me select a few styles in the material I liked best.I now have an appointment to return to learn all about skin care products that are gentle and safe for the delicate skin of cancer patients. And I am eager to come home with products that I can trust will be good for me.You and your store offer such encouragement and support in a very caring environment that I simply cannot say enough on your behalf. I wish Google had 10 stars instead of just 5! You and the store are truly an answer to prayer!

Abby and Renee were amazing with helping me find the perfect hair topper that matches. The customer service at the store was unmatchable. If you want to receive help with a topper this is the place to go.

The customer experience here is INCREDIBLE. Any questions I had were answered fully and with complete confidence that I would understand what I needed to. Abby the Makeup Technician (beauty advisor) is the sweetest most knowledgeable professional I have ever come across. Whenever she does my makeup she makes me feel so beautiful and helps me keep my skin healthy. I couldn’t recommend a better team.

Fantastic experience with Renee and this great Merle Norman studio. I have used MN products for years but honestly did not get the full benefit until meeting Renee. Sad, but true, I am learning how to take care of my skin and use the products at 59! Renee has been informative, helpful and non-judgmental. I have enjoyed learning how to take care of my skin and how to use makeup to improve my image. Added note: I am from SC and found the studio during a visit with my son and his new family in Colorado Springs. I just happened to wander in to get a new moisturizer. Renee has even called me in SC to check on my progress! I hope to move to COS in 2024 but in the meantime, I will use this studio for all my needs -even if I am 1450 miles away. Looking forward to my next visit and lesson!

After a HORRIBLE experience at Sephora I came to Merle Norman since I had used their foundation in the past and let me tell you - their customer service cannot be matched! Renee was absolutely WONDERFUL, attentive and helped me pick out my shade of foundation; I never felt rushed or ignored. And then when they didn’t have it in stock she gave me a small container of it to be able to have to use for my wedding! 10/10 could not recommend them more!
