From beginning to end, Mark (sales) made sure to take care of us and I greatly appreciate his exceptional service! He not only came in on his day off to ensure we were taken care of, but also took extensive time to show us all of the 'bells and whistles' (which we greatly needed) so that we left confident and comfortable in our new vehicle. Mark deserves this recognition and so much more - thank you Mark!

I worked with Brad and Greg. I purchased a CPO car and got a fair price on my trade in. Really good guys. If you are avoiding the car buying experience ask for Brad or Greg. I genuinely enjoyed my visit to the dealership! Thank you both.

I am so delighted by the service extended to me by Ruben. I came in with an appointment for maintenance. He promptly helped me and a few minutes later came to me and told me I was 2600 miles away from the next recommended maintenance service!!! ? He was, I think, amused because I came in early about 20 minutes and the service I needed is also way too early! I am no car girl, I just love my Mercedes and I am moving to Summit county where there is no Benz dealership. He said, “you’ll be fine just come back here for your oil change!” And I definitely will! Other places would have told me a dozen other things I should fix in my that’s not needed. But here, I am happy I can trust Ruben and the team ? Thank you Ruben!!!

If it weren’t for 2 people here, I would have reported this dealership and its service center to the BBB years ago. Here’s the meat and potatoes:
They do not honor the items that are included when purchasing or leasing vehicles, they do not follow up, they do not maintain consistency in their practices and their service center does not verify or validate their repairs.
Here are the details:
Got an EQE500 SUV 5 weeks ago. 4 weeks ago there was a recall. No follow up call on the purchase of my vehicle, and no email about the recall.
Since my purchase, I’ve had to make 16 calls for various reasons: we didn’t get the charger that should have been included, we didn’t get the RFID card for charging, when we went to charge at the dealership until this was rectified (3 weeks after purchase), they would have their personal gas powered motorcycles and vehicles parked in designated charging spots. We dealt with concierges that did not care to follow through, gave incorrect information during our install and put us out $1500. Then errors popped up 2 days ago that rendered the vehicle not fit to drive. We had Michelle from the service center shrug her shoulders and say “emergencies happen” to excuse her service center for not checking their “fix” of that error. They claimed they didn’t see an error and the second my husband turned on the car, there it was. And every time he turned the car on and off, it was there and they claimed it “wasn’t the case” that this error occurred until Michelle was compelled to look. Having to coerce a service representative to believe you was a level of condescension that we have never faced. Then when Michelle took 30 minutes to get an answer as to when this will be rectified, as we are now delayed in using our vehicle to move across country for a work relocation, pushed a “possible fix” for Monday evening or maybe Tuesday. She then said she was powerless to do anything and her leadership was aware. We received no help and a piss poor attitude from Michelle and her team. We’ve invested $4k within 40 days because of the faults and the incompetence of both Sales and Service. For that, we were told “emergencies happen” and that there’s nothing she can do because her bosses weren’t available.
Is this the type of business you run under the title of Mercedes Benz and with the price tags and reputation that come with it? Abhorrent and ridiculous. We have already escalated to Mercedes Corporate.

I’m 61 years old and the experience I had at the Mercedes dealership in Colorado Springs was the best of my life! Glen Hamil is extremely knowledgeable on all models of MB and he has tons of experience. Not only that but he also makes you feel comfortable, respected and a “friend”. The service department there is also second to none. We purchased a 2019 S-560 February 2023 and recently took it back for service. During the appointment it was discovered that a coil was bad and there wasn’t one in the immediate area. The service advisor put us in a loaner that we were allowed to drive the five hours back to Kansas!! They also agreed to meet us 1/2 way when our car was serviced, repaired, and ready! The people at Colorado Springs Mercedes go above and beyond to make you feel valued and insure you are always treated with respect and care! I plan to make all my future purchases at this wonderful dealership!

Needed emergency service while on a month long trip in Colorado on our GLE580. Called early AM and Ken Davis was able to get us in for service right away. Not only did he get the job done quickly, he also completed a recall service that was open. Outstanding communication and great customer service. Car was returned washed and ready to go, thank you!

I think the services guy who helped us was named Jordan "the somewhat russian". Love him so much. He helped us and was so patient and deserves a mega raise.

Mark McCann did a wonderful job for us, taking in a used Tesla on a new E350 Benz. Delivered it on his day off to Westminster, Co. Even then, took his time showing us all we needed to know about the car. Very pleased with him and of course the beautiful Mercedes. Thank you so much helping us with our first Mercedes Benz.

Sad edit/update:
Bitcoin ate all my profits this year on a BOT trade, and it hurt, took my money for this car and then some. I was very hurt emotionally over it and didn’t want to call and update the Dealer about my situation. But I got a great salary job now, and I’ll definitely be coming back, I still want this car or one similar!
I walked in with sweatpants on purpose today to buy a brand new 2023 AMG CLA45 for $70k. The first dealer just looked at me and then just went back to messing with his shoe or something. (That was my test and he failed) I stand and wait in the lobby until the sales counter guy ask if I’ve been helped. I said no sadly. He said no worries and introduced me to a better dealer that took great care of me. These 2 guys made the experience great! And this was even before they knew I could pay cash, even though I’ll be only putting 50% down. (: I will update review with their names after I pickup my car, as I’m bad with names, sorry. The car was amazing, and Mercedes stole my heart from Audi and BMW. AMG fan now for sure. I can’t wait to pick up my new sexy car! These 2 guys, I absolutely can’t recommend enough, they sold me the experience and the car, as for the other guy that just looked away from me, sorry you missed out ?️

Ken in service department will rob you. Asked for a quote on a simple service and he easily told me $1800 .. I asked how he came up with that number and he couldn’t even tell me , they make up numbers as they go and hope you agree to it . Don’t be naive enough to throw your money away at this shop .

I bought a 2015 SLK in June of 2017. I lived in Minneapolis but flew to Denver for the weekend, rented a car, and drove down to Colorado Springs to look at and buy the car. The dealership didn’t tell me before I spent the money to go look at the car, that it had been damaged and fixed. I wouldn’t have went there to look at that car, I wouldn’t have bought that car, especially at the retail price they sold it at. When I went to the dealership to look at and buy the car, they never disclosed it had been damaged and fixed. This year I tried to sell it. A potential buyer said I was asking too much for it with all the damage it had. I didn’t know of damage. I got the Carfax myself, for $50, and found out about the damage it had. Granted, it looked fine and performed fine, but I paid retail but now can’t sell for retail. I also went to trade the car and also was offered significantly less money because it had been damaged. I contacted Mercedes of Colorado Springs on their website and they called me and told me someone would contact me the following week. Nobody did. I contacted them numerous more times and they ignored me. I want everyone to know the kind of dealership this is, how they treat people and to think about it before ever buying a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs.

As a first-time Mercedes owner, I was impressed by the exceptional service I receive at this dealership. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, patiently answering all my questions and explaining the service procedures clearly. The service estimates are accurate and the pricing is competitive.

Great experience working with their service department, and specifically Jordan Lindelow. All in one day I called, got an appointment for diagnosis, parts were in stock, and car was repaired. Jordan kept me updated along the way, and worked with my schedule to make it a great experience!

Hands down the worst service center I've been to. Scarred up a couple rims while aligning my tires, which took two attempts. Was not given any diagnostic video telling me what needed done. I asked if my front pads needed replaced, which I know they do, but was told by the service rep that he wasn't told anything. The paperwork was on the passenger side floor and it recommended front pads! If I would have known I would have done it then but it might be a blessing that I didn't know because they might have jacked something else up. I went in for a p0301 (cylinder 1 misfire) which turned into quite the experience. Make sure you don't get charged for things that are warrantied! I will never take my Mercedes to this location again and I would suggest no one else does either. Turns out the tech that aligned my tires didn't inflate them to the proper limit and destroyed my passenger front tire. I will NEVER use these guys again! They seem to be more focused on driving their RC cars in the work bay. Check out the tire after the wheel alignment! Went through a second set of tires in 6 months because of the lousy service. Notice how MB doesn't respond to negative feedback. I contacted MB USA and notified them of my pending lawsuit against the springs store. They destroyed my car!
