Why do you charge 8 dollars per wiper to be taken off? That was never explained and I find that it is atrocious to take advantage of your customers. The I was quoted 356 dollars for a battery when it only cost 189 at your competition

It's been a month or so since you guys worked on my truck put a brand new battery brand new alternator and a brand new alternator belt. Tonight I'm up in Manitou Springs I back into an alley to make it to the delivery and I look down at the battery gauge and I noticed that it is almost bottomed out. I turned the truck off tried to start it right back up and it it acted like the battery is low it finally did start I left the truck running while I took care of my delivery then when I came back out to the van to get in and leave it was it had already died I tried to start it and all it did was click I got it jumped soon as I put the brakes touch the brakes to put it into gear I noticed that the truck wanted to die so it let off the brake kept it running and when I turn on the headlights it died. I jumped the vehicle again and drove it out of the alley in order to leave access because it was a one-way in and one way out of this alley for deliveries on the company. I pulled out of the alley turned down the street and got made it about a half a block and the truck died I had the lights off was trying to get it someplace to where I could leave it and I had to Coast into a parking space and that's where the vehicle's sitting now.

If I could give negative stars I would ! Crooks and con men !! Installed brakes without hardware, brakes messed up had to call other mechanic to fix now they won’t give me money back saying I should have waited and brought back to them for warranty to cover

Not too excited for being charged $80 for a diagnostic run I didn’t ask for and most places will do for free. Just wanted an oil change. Got horribly misquoted on what the fix cost would be as a result of the diagnostic and didn’t come away feeling great about my visit.

Eric the manager and Mathew the technician were helpful. My only complaint was that my appointment was at 3pm for an oil change and an inspection of a nail in my tire. It wasn't until 4pm that I said something. That's too long. I was told that they were short-handed. Even though, then I should have been told that up front instead of waiting. We the customers deserve to know what's going on. We will decide then if we wait. Earn our business and trust. I'm not so sure if I'll be back because of this reason.

They did amazing and my car was done within a day. I had no clue what was wrong with my car. They figured it out fixed it and I was able to pick my car up without a problem. they answered all of my questions and made me feel safe

Was able to get a same day appointment for an oil change. They did many checks with photos that they texted to me. They only made one recommendation, and that was an upcoming routine maintenance according to the Acura mileage schedule of maintenance. Good service and pretty quick.Service: Oil change
