Katie was very knowledgeable about the products as well as assisting us is our needs for the way we like to sleep. There were many options to choose from even when working with a budget and she helped us understand the warranty as well and what we need to do to ensure we keep the mattress well taken care of. We went to the Mattress Firm in Academy in search of a good mattress to help with my back pain. Katie and Bob were very helpful. Katie took the time to explain to us the difference between mattresses what would suit us best for our sleep position. There was absolutely no sales pressure, and I loved that. We ended up exchanging our mattress for one that best fit our needs and she made the whole process very easy and surprisingly affordable. Within less than 24hrs we had our new mattress at home. Delivery was professional and neat. Very happy overall, recomend this store 100%. Ask for Katie or Bob. Super awesome.
