“Better than a home mailbox because of laws about having a lock on your mailbox. They have options of monthly @$15.00 right now or yearly fee as well. Different sizes as well & you able 2share w/roommates or family w/different last names. They have been very kind & helpful through a big moving transition in my life. “This Postal Annex has always been so efficient and customer friendly. Tracy has been the manager there for as long as I have been going. Once they learn your name, you are greeted by name when you walk in the store, on your future visits. That has always amazed me. With all the mailing I have done over the years, there has never been a problem. The store is always clean and well stocked.”

“I did an amazon return here and the person working, named Sam, was very helpful. Despite the return on Amazon stating that the item didn't need to be boxed when I got to the store it was necessary for it to be packaged, I was annoyed at Amazon about that but Sam helped sell me a box and he packaged it up for me so I could get on my way. I appreciated his customer service mindset. Thank you Sam.”
