My four kids and I went shopping at this Dillard's in Chapel Hills Mall. I am a newly single father and was granted 50/50 custody. The judge ordered that I have clothes for the kids at my apartment so they do not have to take a suitcase back and forth. We went to the children's section and we were immediately greeted by Carole. I told her we were looking for church clothes for the kids and I preferred clothes on clearance. Carole took extra special care of us helping us pick out clothes for the kids. They each walked away with a few new outfits that were all on clearance. My daughter said she felt like royalty with the way we were taken care of and treated like we were special. My son even complimented the customer service as "something you o it ever see on TV". I shared with Carole our situation, and she was so kind and loving towards my children and me! I am absolutely grateful to Carole for going above and beyond and making the shopping experience so enjoyable for all of us - even this dad who was nervous about buying new wardrobes for four kids. Major kudos to her!

I went in looking to restock my husbands cologne collection. I had the sweetest lady, Camilla, approach me asking if I needed help. Camilla had a bubbly personality and beautiful smile. She was so informative and so helpful because I wasn't sure which one I wanted. Customer service from her was exquisite. Highly recommend having Camilla as a sales representative because she KNOWS her stuff!

I've never experienced salespeople who aren't interested in selling outside of Macy's. These two were too enthralled with a video or text they couldn't be bothered to do their job. When I looked to the next counter I encountered the same. I won't be back.

I would be remiss if I did not give a “Shout Out” to one of your associates that is a “True Gift” to the MAC Brand!!I was walking through Dillard’s the other day and decided to just stop by the counter to look at some product.There were two consultants there at the time. I continued to peruse just to see if they would say anything like, “ Hi” or “We are with this customer and we will be right with you.” I got nothing…. CRICKETS, not even a head nod. To my surprise, as this has not happened so blatantly to me before, I started to leave until I walked around the other side heading out the door.I was so angry as I was leaving and this kind voice asked me, “Is there anything I can help you with today.” I was so full of anger, hurt and feeling disrespected that I said to her, “It doesn’t look like anyone cares around here.” Then she said, “Well, I just did and I would Love to help you.”I stopped in my tracks. Her words made me realize I was misdirecting my Anger onto her.The young lady I’m talking about is Michelle Williams, Brand Leader at the Chapel Hills Mall,1790 Briargate Blvd., C.S., CO 80920.Not only did she find the perfect lipstick I was looking for but to my surprise, she had given me a complete makeover. While doing my make up, she told me what her plan was in the Dillard’s Family. She wanted to one day be in Higher Management or a Brand Ambassador. I told her I am going to wait to see her applying makeup to celebrities. An hour later, she had turned Lemons into Lemonade.Michelle has such an infectious loving spirit, kind to everyone that visited the counter, even while working with me. She has a True gift of patience and Knowledge of the MAC Brand!!!Very seldom do I write compliments but if I didn’t write this one… it would be sinful not to give recognition to such a lovely, confident woman.Please recognize her for all the Good she’s is doing behind the MAC counter. I’m quite sure I’m not the only one. I know time is precious and all of us are in such a hurry these days but I believe she deserves the recognition.Ohhh, and I walked out with almost $200.00 worth of product!!!! She’s good!!!

Today is my best friends wedding. I called a while back and made appt.s for us to have our make up done at MAC and when we got there the consultant was rude and said it’s just me let me check and our policy has changed we aren’t able to do full face, I said well that would have been nice to know upon scheduling the appointment! She walked away came back and said she could do one of us and the other could go elsewhere. I said no I’ll wait because we have appointments with MAC not elsewhere. She was slamming things around and was a treat let’s just say. I am very disappointed if she doesn’t like her job maybe it’s time to find a new one. Customer service is so extinct now days it’s beyond sad. She hasn’t smiled or been nice once since we got here so if it doesn’t get better she will bring the Maid of Honor Zilla out. This is the brides special day make her feel special it costs you nothing to be nice!!!!

I was at Dillards this past Sunday. I arrived a little before 11:00am (opening time) so waited for them to open. I waited till almost 11:30 and they still weren't open. WTF??

Let me first begin by saying that I wasn't sure what kind of help, if any, I'd receive when I walked in because of the restrictions we've been under recently. But I was most pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and personable Joshua was considering there was no physical contact allowed. He was still able to assist me as best as he could with finding my shade in the foundation I went in looking for and also took the time to talk me through some other products I had questions about. I appreciate his willingness to discuss all things beauty and not just make-up. I will definitely go back when I'm ready to dive back in to full glam! Thanks for your help Joshua :)

Dillards is our go-to store for nice women's and men's clothing. My husband gets all his suits here. This is where I come for shoes, accessories, clothing, men's cologne, nice shoes for my teen boys, clothes for my teen boys and young-adult son, housewares, etc. We need physical stores where we can try on clothes and buy things that we need quickly or don't want to pay shipping for. Dillards has GREAT sales!

Customer service was awful. Went shopping for a formal dress and was never acknowledged by an associate. Finally found a fitting room and was yelled at by an employee to go to a different fitting room in a different area. Never once asked me if I needed assistance. I felt like I was being followed by security as he walked by and creepily stared at my son and me at least 4 times on different floors throughout our visit. I'm not surprised the malls are empty and probably soon to close as this experience pushed me away from Dillards.

My first time at this specific Dillards location and I found some amazing buys this weekend. I found Natasha brand fashion earrings for over half off original price! 3 pairs of large glitzy earrings for under $30! Then at the ladies department, I found 2 beautiful tops both under $20 and a pair of shiny hot pink leather high heel boots for $45 originally over $150! You seriously can not go wrong with that! Then I found some amazing deals for my husband! 2 tees for under $9 each, 1 pair Levis $17 and Cremiux long sleeved paisley dress shirt for $20! Wow! I was blown away at such great deals and there was so much more to look through that if I had more time I would've bought way more! And the staff that served me was friendly and helpful and that just made my shopping experience that much more pleasant! Thanks Dillards for making me and my spring wardrobe very happy!!

I absolutely adore Joshua in the MAC makeup department. He is so knowledgeable, and helped me to pick out a great moisturizing lipstick as well as advised me about filling in my sparse eyebrows. He also discussed the importance of primer and recommended eye shadow that would not age me. I appreciated his kindness and expertise. He is a definite asset to MAC cosmetics as well as Dillards in general.

Staff is extremely rude! My teenager girls were shopping for Christmas present and couldn't find what they were looking for. They both had $300 to spend on their father and I. They decided to buy their dad Cologne but couldn't find it. First time shopping on their own. (I was in the store) So they went up and down the escalators a few times. Apparently that is not allowed. Some Karen that worked there ask them what they were doing and said she was calling security. She Could not explain why when I asked her. She just Said I can't and walked away. Real mature. There were three ladies staring at my girls when I found them after they called me. Two walked away very quietly when they realized who I was. Didn't help their girl out but were cool with it when It was just intimidating children. Security calling Karen didn't have much to say when I tried to talk to her. Will never shop there again. Merry Christmas and and if you want someone to crap on your holiday spirits definitely shop here. They are complete assholes.
