I would like to thank January for her amazing help. I have had this problem at this Lowe's every time I go. Constitution and powers. My boss orders Cement for our stone jobs from the pro desk, on line or by phone. Every time I go to the pro desk to pick up my order they send me all the way to the other side of the store to pick it up at the online orders desk and I tell them it's Cement for stone and they still send me over there. I tell them I have the phone number that was used for the order and they still send me away. When I get to the online order pick up side they tell me the same thing that I already know. "You have to go pick that up in the pro desk not here" so it's a back and forth every time. January didn't send me away. She delt with my order the whole way till I got loaded. So I want to say thank you to her and Von the person who loaded me. These five stars are for them two.

Parking spots for veterans - appreciate that.

Needed a $6 product that was locked up and inaccessible. Found an employee and they paged for help. Help never arrived and I wasted the rest of my lunch break trying to find someone else to help. Left without the item and won’t be returning. I went to another Lowe’s and they helped me right away
