I placed a pro order online, as this specific location is the only one that had both items I needed in stock, 5 hours later they sent me a notification via text that my order was complete and ready for pick up. Unbeknownst to me (at that time) they have sent me an email after the text that stated they have canceled 3 of the items I needed. Now I live on the far west side of town and have driven to the otherside of powers to pick up an incomplete order, to now have to drive another 8 miles to their north store to complete my order. Had i been notified in the original message that my oder was incomplete i would not have wasted my time and fuel to drive all the way over there, I would have just chosen two locations closer and got what I needed. This type of poor service is why I primarily use their competitors.
I spoke with the manager on duty but felt my cornerns fell on deaf ears, which prompted me to write this review. As I look at their website it still states they have 1 in stock of the items they couldn't find to fulfill my order, so are they just baiting the next unsuspecting person?

Walked around for 10 minutes while the employees had a meeting, sign on the wood cutter said out of order. I asked an employee about cutting down a block of wood for me. He told me he could cut it in half or 1 measurement, but wouldn’t do 2-6inch pieces off a scrap board. What? What difference does that make? If I asked for 2 separate boards to be cut to 6 inches, that’s fine, but cutting down 1 piece of wood is crossing the line? Y’all need to rethink that, too many home improvement stores around for y’all to be that nit-picky
Edit: went to Home Depot immediately after and they happily cut 2-6inch pieces off a piece of scrap wood. Won’t be back to Lowe’s anytime soon

Can’t find anything in here but it’s got a nice atmosphere while you spend an hour trying to find gloves

Very clean and tidy store. In fact it's so clean and clutter free someone took my cart away when I stepped away from it momentarily to look at something...hahaha
Highly recommend over home depot
