I was calling to check an item availability because the website said only 2 and this is the only store that had what I needed. I'm in Denver and just wanted to verify they did have 2. On the phone for 1.5 hours and no one answered.

Rented a carpet cleaner from here. When my husband returned it. The lady at customer service was rude and said that he did not clean the machine. He had to talk to the original clerk that rented the machine to him to have her check the machine to see if it was clean for the return. She said it was so she finished the transaction. We contacted the store manager and told him about the situation. He assured us that it would be handled.

Extended warranty is a rip-off. I bought a refrigerator from here a year ago, which is now leaking freon, and they won’t fix it. They keep saying nothing is wrong and auto-closing my claims.

Horrible customer service. Place an order online and they tell me they don’t have any saw blades in stock that I need. Last time I checked it’s Lowe’s and that’s things they sell. Horrible place, horrible customer service. Only there for a paycheck

This is an update to my review I completed March 24, 2024 regardingour kitchen remodel. I spent $20,000 on the kitchen remodel through Lowe's, and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I started the remodel in January 2024, and now in May, there are still things not completed and problems with the cabinets. The problem is that in the middle of our remodel, Lowe's decided to redo the kitchen design center, and has removed our designer from the project, so there is no one to contact about the issues. Our designer Kay, never told us she was being removed from the project and has been completely unresponsive. The cabinets have been installed, but the installer made a mistake on one of the drawers and put extra holes in it. He said he was ordering a new drawer front, but 3 weeks later, I haven't heard anything. Oh, and now the cabinets are cracking. Of course, there is on one to contact about these issues, because the designer is not responding. I also had to pay extra money out of my pocket because of the mismeasurments by the designer Kay, before she was removed from the project. I have remodeled at least three other kitchens and have never run into these issues. After my last review, I did get a response provideing a number to call to discuss my issues further. I did call that number, and relayed my concerns with the receptionist. She told me she was forwarding it on and someone was going to call me, but I never received any response or phone call. It is obvious Lowe's does not care about customers, only their money. Once to pay them, which I did in full, you don't matter any longer. I would recommend anyone who is looking to have big projects done, avoid Lowe's at all costs. They appear to only care about your money and not making things right for the customer.

OMG I would give this store negative 10 if I could. We ordered custom closet doors on March 3. During the time between discussing our options and getting a quote, the mill works department called me every other day to see if I wanted to proceed. Once we placed the order and paid on a Lowe’s credit card, there was zero communication unless I initiated it. We were told it would be 25 days to get the order but that time passed and I called and was told the doors would be shipped on April 15. That date passed and I made a trip to the store and was told it was a vendor delay and the doors arrive on May 7 with installation on May 8. That date passed and I called and talked to Serena. She said the doors should be on the truck the next day and she would check and let us know. We heard nothing from Lowe’s but the installer called for installation on May 16. Installer brought doors and they were the wrong size!!!!!! I called this morning and talked to store manager Shelly. What a rude person. I gave her the short version of what happened and told her I either wanted my money back or the order expedited. She said once the return was processed she would give us a credit. I told her I didn’t want it on the card because I wasn’t spending that much money in the store. She said they would refund in cash and we could shop somewhere else! Oh I will definitely shop elsewhere!
Update: Shelly called back and said they cannot give a cash refund. They have to credit the card and then send a check. We shall see!
Update #2: 5/18/24 Got a call from store manager Juan who said he processed our return for the installation. At no point did Shelly tell me that had to be a separate transaction. I guess when the third party installer called yesterday to reschedule the installation and was informed of the situation, THEY took the initiative to get that refund processed. I have not received email confirmation as promised.

05/05/2024 I went to Lowe’s customer Service desk to return 2 unused items did not have a receipt the items were in their plastic wrap Alex the customer service rep scanned the items they shower on the system with the price I paid for them Alex did not want to return my money or give me a store credit, Ii am a person of color On the other line there was a.white couple returning a big box they did not have receipt, the barcode was not coming up on the system but they were white so they got their return, I have spent thousands with your racist store, I will not spend one more penny with your store.
