The staff at this location were not helpful at all. One staff member in particular immediately had an attitude when my dad asked if there was some technical issues going on with the King Sooper's (Kroger) rewards cards because he wasn't able to use his at the pump. The cashier (fat, short woman) didnt want to help at all and just went on about how their location "had nothing to with Kroger and their rewards cards," how "some cards worked and some dont," and when I asked if their location participates in Krogers rewards cards she said no; then proceeded to say that "some cards work and some dont and it might work inside but no guarantees." How does any of that make sense. Staff at this location needs to be re-trained or replaced. (PS: my dad HAS used his rewards card at this location before with no problems)

Dont even deserve a star. Piss poor management, FIRED my husband and refuses to help us find his last paycheck. I called this afternoon after checking the mail and seeing after 7 WEEKS, we had still not gotten his final paycheck. Now, I am pregnant, I'm about 9-10 weeks. I am in the beginning stages of getting the care I need for me and my unborn child. This loaf n jugs employees knew this and still answered the phone and spoke to me very rudely and told me that I just needed to wait. They told me I needed to wait on getting me and my unborn child the care we need. After I started to get upset and tell her she needed to pay my husband she hung up on me. So i called back to get the corporate number, twice and they hung up on me BOTH times I called the first time they answered the second time the answered but immediately hung up on me. I had to google the corporate number and was told all they can do is put in a complaint. So I put in my complaint for my husbands check and for them hanging up on me 3 TIMES!!! Still now no results and no answer on where my husbands check is. So I filed a review with the BBB and we will be filing something with the Labor department because never, never have I EVER had to wait 7 weeks for a single check. And never have i ever had to deal with rude and inconsiderate people like I have today. Punishment is deserved for making a pregnant woman wait for meds and care. Maybe I'm over reacting but I feel applaud that this store is open considering that they dont like paying their ex employees.... rude and inconsiderate and completely and utterly illegal. Dont work here if you dont like getting paid ... js

The short, ugly, fat guy with the gross beard that works in the mornings is like a grumpy dwarf that nobody likes. It must take extra energy to be such a dick that early in the day but I guess I'd have a chip on my shoulder too if I pumped gas for a living when I was forty something. The guy was lucky I didn't break his nose. If I was the owner I'd fire this fat little turd, as he is chasing all of your customers. Stopped by 5 AM on May 17, 2019.

1/25/19 the mens restroom was out of toilet paper around 1300. I had to go immediately so I used the women's. The older female cashier entered the restroom and said with a raised voice that it was the women's restroom and that I had to get out. It's federal law that you can't deny someone the use of a restroom. The staff needs further training. Nice establishment otherwise.
