I met some very unprofessional employees at this location. It’s already rare that I will do business at this particular store because they have a parking lot that is similar to the surface of the moon, the schedule of availability is irregular because they close the store at night to and operate through a window after a certain time because they are located in a sketchy part of town, but the best part of my experience today was recently implemented, strictly enforced policy for bathroom usage which is limited to “Paying Customers Only” to the extent that you must make your purchase before being granted access to the bathroom. I found it off putting that the staff held the attitude of, “Blame Management”, as I was fidgeting around doing the pee pee dance, because people really want to shop your store when they have to urgently use the restroom and people also love to take their recently purchased fountain drinks and nachos or hotdogs into the nasty public restrooms. No compromise can be made with regard to this bathroom policy, take it up with management.

The customer service is pretty bad here. The lady at the counter asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes, so she just pulled out a bag, put it on the counter and started playing on her phone. I guess the customer is supposed to bag their own stuff now? What a joke.

Above all the worse station I have ever had the misfortune of stoping at they are rude and will try to over charge you... Told me that everything I was buying I had to pay for with cash and pay for one at a time that has to be one of the dumbest things I have ever heard place needs to be shut down and those workers need to be trained how to run a gas station or replaced! Your gas station is a joke I ran one in Pueblo for years and have never heard of that B.S it was you trying to over charge me by doing one product at a time, and then probably pocketing the rest. At night you can ring the bell and nobody ever comes to the window maybe you should just close at 10pm if your not going to be there anyways... go down the street to 7-11 you wont have to deal with the trashiness of this place...

The staff is amazing. The landlord is an asshat I have a lifted 4x4 and this parking lot is rough, my god pave the parking lot.

Unfair treatment and discrimination at this store the clerk Chris and her manager Keith don't know the difference between real money and fake money. Chris has tried to rip me off twice at this location making it a hassle to even purchase gas.
