Absolutely wonderful place to buy a car. There are no hard sale tactics and everyone is super friendly.
Heather and Kelly were wonderful! Alex got me a FANTASTIC rate through Colorado Credit Union and was wonderful throughout.
I've bought 5 new cars in my life and this was BY FAR the most pleasant experience out of all of them. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in a Toyota or a good used car.

Ethan hale was fantastic through our entire purchasing experience! We arrived early in the day to look at a used ch-r but weren't able to test drive it because some body work was being done. Unfortunately, by the time the body work was completed we had moved to another dealership (which subsequently tried to scam us -- avoid phil long Ford, fyi) and the ch-r was sold to someone else. Nevertheless Ethan helped work some numbers and we were able to find an even better car for our needs. One more positive note -- this dealership doesn't use financing people, so you don't get parked in some back financing office waiting to be swindled by someone you've not worked with before. Ethan helped us through the entire experience, and we couldn't be happier with it.
UPDATE: I almost wished I didn't rate this dealership five stars off the bat, because our experience actually has gotten even better. The vehicle we purchased had an issue related to the front-view camera, attached to the windshield. The process of identifying the issue, scheduling service, being referred to a ford dealership with the right tools, etc, took longer than the three month warranty period, so I thought I was out of luck. However, we received nothing but empathy and understanding from this toyota dealership, and they offered to cover the entire price of the repair. The car is now basically back to new, and the ford dealership even made the point of telling me that the car looks essentially new, other than the odometer. Was this done to convince us to come back in the future? Probably. But it worked, and we'll definitely be back.

My husband and I were in the market for a new Toyota Sienna and were so impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail by Zane Leaf. He was so helpful--he found us a fabulous car and the price was spot on. No uncecessary add ons and no surprises. He kept us up-to-date on the delivery schedule of the vehicle and overall, the process was very smooth and polished. Can't recommend him highly enough--when we're in the market again, he (and Toyota of Colorado Springs) will be our go-to source. Very happy indeed.

I just got a new prius prime! The journey took a while because I started looking back in May right before the stop sale. Over the last 3 almost 4 months I was dealing with Ray Heddy and he is amazing! Kept me up to date on everything and as soon as a prime was coming in that fit my requirements he got it for me and made the process super smooth! I would highly recommend him and Toyota of Colorado Springs in general to anyone looking for a new car!

At 54, I’ve bought many vehicles and always expected to negotiate. When I visited Toyota of Colorado Springs, their smart pricing model surprised me. Zane, the salesperson, was straightforward, showing me all the documentation and actual pricing. But, since we’re taught that buying a car involves negotiating for the best price, I was unsure if this was the final offer.
Despite my expectations, Zane’s genuine friendliness, thoughtfulness, and fairness made me comfortable.
I then visited another Toyota dealer on Test Drive road, where I experienced the expected haggling. Though I secured a slightly better price—about $300 less—the discount came at the cost of emotional tactics from the salesperson, who became angry when I hesitated to buy.
I initially agreed to the deal and filled out some paperwork, but they tried to sell me a car that wasn’t on their lot, a fact they revealed only after we agreed on a price and the deal. Additionally, despite my requests, both the salesperson and finance manager refused to return the title of my existing vehicle, insisting, "Just let us keep it for now, and we’ll finalize the deal."
Overnight, I grew uncomfortable with their negotiation tactics, lack of transparency, and refusal to return my title. The next morning, I returned, demanded my title back, and stated I wouldn’t be purchasing a car. They made me wait over 45 minutes to see the sales manager. While waiting, the salesperson tried to lower the price again, suggesting that a worthless theft protection service (RecovR, $399) was now "optional." I had already confirmed with my insurer (State Farm) that the service wouldn’t lead to an insurance discount, contradicting the dealership’s claim.
When the sales manager finally arrived, I was upset. They had repeatedly told me the manager was coming "in 10 minutes," clearly trying to wear me down. I went from being reasonable to very upset. They were available when I wanted to purchase but completely unavailable when I had a problem. I’m not proud of using profanity, but I firmly and calmly told them to stop "*ucking with me."
Even after I said I wasn’t buying, hadn’t completed the paperwork, and knew they didn’t have the vehicle, the sales manager insisted, "You have to buy the car. It is already funded." I told him that wasn’t going to happen and I threatened to call the police to get my title back. He finally relented, and I left deeply upset and mistreated.
With my title back, I called Zane at Toyota of Colorado Springs and said, "You’re not going to believe the story I’m going to tell you."
Zane assured me the offer was still available and when I returned the next day, he had everything ready so we could complete the purchase in less than an hour. There was zero pressure—just understanding and respect. Brendan, a product specialist, expertly led us through a demo within that 1 hour too! He knows he stuff.
The lesson I learned, even at 54, is that securing a $300 discount isn’t worth the heartache and lack of transparency from a dealer that treats you like a fish to be caught. I am delighted to pay a little extra for a good experience with Zane at Toyota of Colorado Springs. I’m so grateful to have done business with them. To show my gratitude, I’m taking them boxes of candy today to say thank you. The folks at Toyota of Colorado Springs are respectful, honest, and fair. I got a great price and had a great experience. Thanks, Roger.

Great place. Nobody pressures you and nobody swarms you the moment you show up. They know what they have and they're not worried about making a sale.

Zane did a great job getting my paperwork approved under the wire. He was very communicative through email and text and made the process as smooth as possible.

Alex was my sells person. He helped me order a 2025 camry with all the features I wanted. He kept me informed throughout the entire delivering process. Once the vehicle came in Alex called me and had me come in and had all the paperwork ready. He showed me around the entire car making sure I was able to set up my toyota account and knew all the features the car came with.

Was on a family trip through Colorado when our vehicle threw a check engine light and went into limp mode. Limped into Toyota of Colorado Springs late in the day extremely frustrated. Sarah M in Service was a God-send Getting us a courtesy car almost immediately and lining our car up for service the next day. I cannot speak highly enough of this young lady and the service we received there to get us back on our trip with a very minimum of hassle. Five stars all day long and thank you!

The worst car buying experience.

Update: This is still not over and it's been 4 months! I am still getting phone calls and emails from this dealership asking me for information that they need. This should have all been handled when I purchased the car. Also, the person who purchased my old vehicle got a hold of my contacr information (he was very kind) and he reached out asking for the spare key. I traded the car in with both sets of keys, but Toyota said they only received 1 set and did not give him both sets. So understandably, he reached out to see if I had the extra key for him. Why would they not give him both sets to begin with is beyond me. This is a car buying nightmare that is never ending!
This is the most scummy dealership I've ever worked with. I am not one to usually write negative reviews, but this experience deserves one unfortunately. Alex was our salesperson. We came in to look at a used Subaru. Alex didn't do a thing. He had the front receptionist give us the keys to the car to drive as well as take our information and show us the car. He did not go over a single detail about the car (I understand this is Toyota and he may not know a lot about Subaru, but he didn't even try to go over anything with us or even physically walk us out to show us the car) We decided we liked the car and wanted to purchase, but as it was newer to the lot, it was understandably not yet detailed and still pretty dirty. Alex said that if we put down $1000 (fully refundable whether we decided to purchase the car or not) they would hold the car for us so we could see it detailed. We went back a few days later on the date and time we agreed upon. We decided to make the purchase and trade in our other vehicle. I understand that the car buying process is time consuming, but Alex disappeared multiple times for very long periods of time throughout the process to the point where we were getting very frustrated. When we asked for the fully refundable $1000 back(we have a receipt saying that it is 100% refundable with his signature) he said that "the finance guy is not available" and they will send it out in the mail and that we for sure would be getting the check within 3-5 business days. After a week of attempting to contact Alex, we got no response, nor our $1000 back. After speaking to a finance person we still were being dodged. After speaking to a higher up manager, this issue was finally resolved after about 1 month and I had to physically go in to pick up the check, as they would not mail it. After about 3 weeks of trading in my old vehicle I got a call from the place where I previously financed my old vehicle and they told me that my car was not paid off and there was a balance left over on the account. I immediately called and asked for Alex. He said that the finance guy was not available (why is the finance guy never available or in the building?) He said that he would get the issue resolved the next morning when the finance guy gets back in and if I didn't hear from him by 10am the next morning to give him a call. After attempting to reach him I asked to speak to someone else higher up who could help me resolve this issue quickly. He told me that it is impossible to pay off a vehicle in one day and that the balance is owed was interest from the time it took the to pay the car off. I have traded cars in in the past and have NEVER had an issue like this. I have never had to pay any more money after trading the car in. He said that I would personally have to pay the interest. Frustrated, I paid the balance. I'm so glad to be done dealing with this dealership. I will not return, nor will I recommend this place to anybody!!

We recently purchased a new 4Runner at Toyota of Colorado Springs and Zane was the sales manager that helped us. Zane and team were awesome, he helped us through the entire process with excellent service. He always responded very quickly to our questions before our vehicle arrived and once it was in he helped us to have one of the best car buying experience we’ve ever had! We will definitely continue to use this dealership and recommend all our friends.

Best car buying experience I have ever encountered. Namely, Brendan and Austin are exemplary at what they do and made the process extremely easy and personable. I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” on anything. They listened to my needs and produced viable options. Moreover, they went above and beyond to accommodate our family by interacting with our son, keeping him entertained, and working to allow us to manage both him and the closing process. Finally, this dealership had perfected the environment and buying experience. You work with the same person from start to finish, you’re not just one of a hundred people being rushed through, and it really feels like a home rather than a business. I couldn’t recommend this place any more. Don’t go anywhere else!
