On June 2024, I went to Corwin Toyota to get oil change service with appointment. Even then it took over 1 and half hours, and when finally the service done, I had to face a payment issue which was at this dealership, they could not pull up my pre-maintenance purchase record. I had to wait another half hour for them to find out my purchase record. It was not a great experience at all, but I did not want to write anything negative because we are human and nobody perfect.
Today, it has been only two months since last oil change done. Engine oil level was noticeably LOW when I check my vehicle. It was leaking because a technician named Marcus made drain plug loose at Corwin Toyota when the car was serviced for oil change two months ago. It took one and half hours and he still could not do a basic job as a technician. It was not a hard job. It is unsafe to drive my vehicle with low engine oil and my car will probably have potential damage due to someone’s careless service. I understand this is business but taking care of someone’s valued asset is what should be considered as priority with profession.
Again nobody perfect. HOWEVER, the point when I get extremely mad was their attitude. In common sense, if you made a mistake, you should take care with proper manner and apology.
I am a fan of Toyota brand, and used to drive Collora hybrid, Camry, Rav4. From today’s experience, I can’t trust this brand anymore. According to Toyota global website, from their guiding principles at Toyota, I could not feel any Respect, Dedication of providing clean and safe product, nor Fulfillment of the needs of customers.
What a great day with great people.

I have not had problems with Corwin until recently with their service department… they wanted to charge me $300.00 to replace my cabin air filter and it was not even dirty. I did not have them change it, nor did I change it and 4 months later another Toyota dealership stated my cabin air filter was moderately dirty and didn’t need changed until my next appointment at 30,000 miles.
Also, my dad took his truck to corwin to find out why it was vibrating while he turned, multiple times and they could not find a reason. He then just took it to another dealership as well and they said his power steering was almost shot as well as some other things. Corwin has not been reliable for the past couple of years in their service department and it is sad to see. I don’t want anyone else getting ripped off like my family could have been.

It’s tough writing a bad review, but we have had many issues with their service team. I was told my truck needed $8-9,000 worth of repairs (front differential, joints, etc.) I told them I did not check for the “dumb” stuff like the tires or lug nuts. I took it somewhere else and they found that my driver side front tire was missing three lug nuts. They replaced for super cheap and it’s been driving fine for the last 6 months.

Andy has been very thorough every step of the way. I haven't bought a car for quited a while and people do not earn my trust easily but Andy has. I'm also very impressed with Corwin Toyota .

Tyler Powell helped me taken care of with all of my vehicles repairs including him making two very lengthy phone calls to my warranty company to make sure that every repair that qualified under my warranty was taken advantage of to save me money. I had an excellent experience while waiting because every staff member I engaged with was polite, helpful, professional and had a good attitude. I will recommend you to friends and family and I will continue to have my Toyota serviced here!

Doug Smith was my sales guy. Awesome dude at first; responsive texts and a friendly demeanor. However, once I started trying to negotiate and reason with a car- which I found had a lot of exterior blemishes and was from a rental car company-- he became very rude and belligerent. From tossing a paper that I requested to making smirk remarks, I became very aware that I did not want to do anything with this guy. I wish you the best, but you should take this as a constructive criticism. That's no way to treat a customer, especially when they were trying to be cordial the whole entire ordeal.
If he made clear that the prices were firm instead of beating around the bush, I could've been on my way and he could've been helping out someone else.
Mazda was also not willing to negotiate on prices, but they made that clear instead of wasting my time. The lady that worked there was very sweet and straight to the point.
I'd say go with groove honda as they seemed to have the most interest for the customer. Obviously, they're all businesses and want the most profit out of a deal, but I would much rather give business to a dealership that is willing to meet in the middle and friendly.

My brother brought Adam a salvaged Lexus before he unexpectedly passed away. I inherited it. Adam was able to get it repaired and worked with my his and on the cost. We have been driving it for 11/2 yrs now. Like it a lot. Thank you Adam and Corbin ToyotA
