Purchased a new sofa that was delivered July 23 and arrived damaged and defective. I was instructed to contact La-Z-Boy's "comfort care" team. I contacted them that day, and a technician came out on July 26. I was told by the technician that replacement parts would be ordered. I have continuously tried to get updates from La-Z-Boy (region 8) and it has been 2 months and 2 weeks, and still nothing. I have also requested an exchange, and the team refuses to acknowledge it. You'd expect better quality and service when spending $2K on a new piece of furniture. I caution anyone from doing business with La-Z-Boy. Their customer service is greatly lacking, and I do not feel valued at all as a customer.

Not so much a review of this store as the company and its products in general. I tried leaving a review on the chair I bought on their website, but it never got posted, undoubtedly because it was negative. In fact, I wonder if the reviews there are even legitimate. I haven't seen a single review on their site less than 5 stars, which should tell you something. And days after I submitted my negative review, which still isn't posted, yet another 5-star review for the same chair showed up. This company clearly manipulates reviews to fool people into thinking their overpriced, poorly designed garbage is not only not as bad as it is, but in fact all completely excellent with nothing but 5-star reviews. I strongly recommend against buying from such a manipulative, deceptive company.

I haven’t gotten my furniture yet but I wanted to leave a review on the customer service experience. Charlie and Haley were the sweetest, most patient, and professional ladies I have ever met! They made this whole process so easy with all the difficult decisions we had to make and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. They really know what they are talking about and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers needs! They are both very talented and I’m so grateful I got to do this experience with those two leading the way! They deserve raises and praises!

My husband and I went in with our 2 younger boys. We've been shopping for a couch for sometime and wanted to explore options. We were there less than 30 minutes. Felt extremely unwelcome. All the employees were STARING at us. Why? Because we had our younger boys? Yes they were walking around and sitting with us on couches causing no harm. Would never even want to buy from here with how unwelcome we felt. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My wife has been shopping for a new sofa + loveseat and wanted my opinion, so I took off work early to help look.
My wife was very impressed with the saleswoman Charlie, but she wasn't working when we retuned. When we walked in this Lazy Boy store Nicole recognized her as one of Charlie's clients, and let us know that while Charlie wasn't in, Nicole and the designer Haley would be happy to help us.
Knowing they are paid on commission, we tried not to bother these other 2 salespeople, but they were just so helpful and insisted on answering all of our questions. Nicole especially knew he facts on the furniture and showed us many differences between the models. They were both so extremely helpful that we didn't notice until after we left, that Nicole stayed 20 minutes after closing time helping us. We felt bad for keeping her late, and the least I could do is express my mind on both of their excellent customer service.
Such competent customer service that all 3 salespeople demonstrated at this particular Lazy Boy store is a rare thing - and even more so with sales agents on commission. What a contrast to what we had experienced at another furniture store where they basically said ""Paul isn't working today, but he will be back tomorrow and the rest of the week"!
Makes me wonder if the 1 very negative review of this store was from a salesperson working at the other brand of furniture store?

I purchased a couch and love seat from this store. Customer service is not very good. Had multiple problems with the sales person named Nicole. She promised things she could not provide. When I attempted to call the store to speak with her, she was not available, even though she told me she would be there.Have attempted to speak to the store manager but my calls have not been returned. Unfortunately even the Better Business Bureau could not help me as they refused to work with them as well.Do yourself a favor, skip Lazy Boy. You can find much more professional sales people elsewhere.

I can't speak to all La-Z-Boy, but I can rave about my experience at the Bloomington location. The showroom was utterly disappointing for me. (Vanilla!) We went there for the costomability and quality. I have a VERY eclectic and unique style. Nicole Wells, our sales associate overcame all of our disappoint with pure reassurance. Then she called in the store designer, Haley Calderon. We agreed to the home consult (100 and 10% recommend). Haley did more than embodied my style. She designed pure gold. These two, Nicole and Haley built me a room with Haley's designs that blew our minds. My husband before our design consult, asked me to please be nice. We bought everything! We loved everything Haley designed and Nicole found. If you have the opportunity to work with these women, take it. And if you have the opportunity to utilize Haley Calderon before she goes freelance jump on it. You'll love your space.

Great experience working with Rob. I went in browsing for a recliner to have during hip replacement recovery. Rob was very informative about the products, very helpful and was easy to work with. Found the right recliner for me at a great price. Will definitely be back for future furniture.

My wife and I went to look at and purchase a recliner for our new home on January 28th at the Bloomington St location in Colorado Springs. We were in the store for almost 40 minutes and found a recliner we really liked. The unfortunate part of our visit was that the salespeople would rather huddle together and joke around instead of asking if we would like any assistance. No it was not overly crowded with customers at the time of our visit.On previous visits at the north Academy location, we have never had an issue with a salesperson assisting us in our purchases of couches, chars and recliners to furnish our homes in the last 10 years. I will now go looking elsewhere for a new recliner as it seems the Bloomington St location is not interested in sales.
