Just a pile of trash. Completely inconsistent as far as cleanliness and product availability.
Kum & Go will be greatly missed, especially as Maverick raises prices since they have no competition in this town any more. Absolute disaster.

Normally come here every morning but MR. TED made it a point for me to dislike this maverick. Yes it’s early and we’re both at work but there is no reason to be disrespectful to a woman at 7:30am! Don’t like your job? Then quit! Don’t take it out on your customers. What a shame-hopefully Ted has a better day cause I won’t be coming back to find out.

Every time I go to this location they never have ice. This was not the case when it was kum and go. I will no longer even try going to this location anymore.

Unfortunately, this location allows the public to use the bathroom from 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. only. So, to my fellow Uber & Lyft drivers if you need to use the bathroom past 9:00 p.m. don't come to this location. I was informed by the staff that if I can make it the Garden of the Gods location is open 24/7.???

I was at the pumps filling up. Today I noticed a young man assisting an elderly man, who was disabled or because of age, out to his car. I thought how nice this young gentleman would take the time to help and I thought he was the hired caregiver. After getting the elderly man into his car he turned around and walked back into Kum and Go because he was an employee. It made my day to see people help each other no matter where or who they are.

It's a nice store, but the roller grill never has prices and the cold condiments are always out. Been that way since I first found it.

I've been a very loyal customer to this location and several others and in the past, ive had great experiences. Recently however, my loyalty to kum and go has declined quickly over the last couple of months amongst several locations across colorado. As a native, born and raised, I know a lot of people and have a good reputation in my community, as did the local businesses. This year and the end of 2023 have disappointed me as a customer though, especially at the winters and north nevada location. All kum n go's were known for their free air and most do not provided a working air pump any more. They used to allow 24hour bathrooms, and now they do not, and the worst part yet, several locations informed me that there is now a 15 minute maximum vist time allotted!!!! This is a joke to the customer service industry!!!!! Youve lost me as a loyal customer and probably many more to come with this kind of limitation on service. Sadly if you continue to employ managers like the one at the previously mentioned location above, ( the younger one with a bald head and big ego) then your business is sure to fail. Thanks for great service once upon a time.
