The Dm or General Manager needs to have a serious conversation with Jordan about his customer service skills!! The guy slams stuff around and sighs at every customer that comes in. He should not be working in the customer service field!

I don't normally review gas stations. But this location is a joke. Tons of lids for coffee but none of them fit the cups. Probably going to end up spilling all over my car while I'm driving. No mustard packets, no fry sauce. Everything is overpriced there. Bring back Kum & Go. Absolutely done with maverik.

Two days in a row now, I have purchased a Green Chili, sausage, egg,and cheese breakfast burrito. Both times, there is no green chili! You charge an extra dollar for the green chili and then don't put it in the burrito. I guess that is Mavericks way of saving money, Screwing the customer!

I had an experience where I was eating some of the pizza that they serve and the dough was raw and their response to me letting them know was really lackluster. But really the main thing I think is an issue is one of their employees in particular. I won't name drop but they have a buzz cut and thick glasses. I believe that their gender is female but I'm not sure. Anyways I had wanted some help checking out and she chided me for not using the self-checkout. As I was checking my things out they were just shaking their head over and over and looking at me disappointedly. Today I went in and there was a line for the self-checkout. I went up to her because I wanted help getting some gasoline. She pointed at another customer in the store and said she was here first. That's the only thing she said. But that customer was not in line for her help, she was in the self-checkout line. For this individual to assume that I was cutting in line was preposterous and extremely rude. Every time I go in it seems like this individual has a poor attitude and is not eager or hardly willing to help customers. I'm not sure why she is in such a customer-facing role. If she is unwilling to provide good customer service. I do not need to be chided and corrected when I come into what should be a nicely branded gas station. Employees should be eager and willing to help as well as friendly. I like the brand and I want to continue coming here, but I don't believe that this individual should be in such a customer-facing position frankly.

This was one of the only places in town where I could buy gas and get a car wash at the same time with my work van. Now that maverick has taken over, they removed the option to buy a car wash at the pump.

Im trying to call this location to see someone found an item in the parking lot and turned it in but no one will answer the listed phone number……do I really have to drive to this location just to find out?? I’m glad I don’t live out of state……..

Never again coming to this location . Rude , unprofessional. I wish Kum n go was still around . Prices are insane here ! I went to another gas station and they were more upbeat and actually wanted to have a conversation with me . Every time I got to a maverick gas station they always have the worst attitudes and act all stuck up. Can kum n go please return we hate maverick.

Worst customer service!!! Didn't get the receipt for gas, and was told there's nothing they do. Lost $30 and no gas!She had a really bad attitude! Will never go back!

Never will go to this place again. Waiting in line for the car wash for 15 minute, while the person in front of me is setting up an account. Not once did the attendant acknowledge me or mention that it'll just be a few minutes. in the meantime, she opens up the second lane and lets 5 other cars that are behind me go through. When I express my irritation, they laughed at me, ignored my questions and comments, and were snide and snippy with me when I explained that I needed to. get out in time to pick up my grandchild from school. In addition to that, the mgr. of the car wash was also extremely rude to me and dismissive. After all that as I proceeded through the car wash, that same person went in and spoke to the guy who sprays off the cars and only God knows what she told him, but they both laughed and sneered at me while I waited in my car like an idiot. I'm sorry, but there's no excuse for adding insult to injury when someone is legitimately frustrated because five other cars went ahead of them. If you want to be treated like a scumbag, dismissed, and reduced to pulp, please I beg you...go to this place because they have all the types of people there that will be happy to do to you what they think they got away with doing to me. This is one of those times when you really hope and pray karma is a reality! Avoid the hassle and skip this place all together if you don't want to have your day ruined!

Over charges for items that are cheaper at other locations and employees get nasty if you question the increase. I feel they are pocketing the increase. Avoid this location!

Refused to sell me propane, the kid claimed to be the only one in the store when I could clearly see the guy in the back when I walked in.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! All their prices are false that are showed on their sign. You have to have a loyalty card and even then I'm not sure. Lose 10 cents more expensive for regular. Overtly deceptive.
