I have been visiting this business off and on for over 20 years. My wife gave me a Breitling chronograph many years ago, and the thing about these very nice chronographs is that they require periodic cleaning and maintenance. It is fantastic to have a local company that can do this exacting work without shipping it off to a factory maintenance facility across the country. The work is superb and the customer service outstanding. And if you’re looking for a vintage watch, they have some very nice ones for sale. Highly recommended.

In July of 2024 I brought in my Omega Speedmaster Professional (1861) for a service because it began keeping very sporadic time. Michael and Mica did a top notch service on it, and it has been running incredibly well since. They are the utmost professionals and do exceptionally high quality work! I won't be taking my watches anywhere else anytime soon.

If you own a Rolex don't got anywhere but here. Do not get your Rolex serviced at the Tic Toc shop, I suggest paying the necessary money to get it done right with Michael. Its more expensive but will be done right by someone who specialties in Rolex and other high end watches. He even gives a 4 year guarantee. I absolutely love the atmosphere and style of his shop, its beautiful. Michael took expectational time and care and a personal one on time with me and I observed the same with other employees and customers when I was there. A+

Item 1: After my dad passed away (2006) I received his Rolex watch which had been resting in my safe until a few month's ago. One day I decided to wind it and I was amazed that it started working and how smooth the second hand was moving. This started my new fascination with watches and led me to Knight Watch & Jewelry. I knew it needed a tune up and Mr. Knight did an amazing job with restoring the watch into "like new" condition.
Item 2: During the restoration period of the Rolex, I started reading up on watches and discovered the Omega Moonwatch and it's history. Well, when I picked up my dad's watch, turns out Mr. Knight had a 1976 "speedy" which I now have in my possession (same year I was born). I love this watch!
Mr. Knight does absolute quality work and sells the best products. He's very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend him and Knight Watch & Jewelry to anyone.

Poor repair used parts 3500 dollars put old thin plastic crystal would not run with shaking it everyday no water resistance sent it out 30 days after knight refurbished it USA watch charge 800 more because the crystal was cracked by me so thin and said it had a weak springs for winding I just sent it for new crystal to my surprise it was poor workmen ship and used parts for 35 hundred dollars completely overhauled w warranty but I new better than take it back there iam a jeweler and gemologist not a watch repairman but I know my stuff with repairing jewelery for 25 years USA watch out of Indiana did a fabulous job highly recommend them

Excellent service and a great selection of vintage and modern watches. I took a watch in to have some links taken out. A young man assisted me and it took about 15 minutes because my watch was a difficult model. While I waited, I browsed the selection of watches. They had Omegas which I love plus Hamilton, Longines, Breitling, Rolex, IWC and Cartier.I am a watch collector and I am pleased with the selection. You do need to be buzzed-in to gain entrance which I do not mind given it is downtown and the store carries luxury merchandise. The labor rates are what I expect from a higher end watch shop. I paid $40 for the resizing and I believe that was fair.If you are a collector or looking for luxury watches and service, The Knight Watch and Jewelry Company is a good choice.
