On a vacation our sprinter camper lost cruise control and our ESP warning light came on after getting hit by a gust of wind. We called the Mercedes service and were told we would have to wait 4 days for service. Kleeman told us how to reset it ourselves in minutes. Thank you for great advice and for saving our trip!

I was so lucky to find Kleemann USA while having Sprinter issues passing through town. They squeezed me in quickly, found the part I needed, and got everything repaired within a few hours. I really appreciate their service and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a mechanic!

There's no way I am able to say enough good about Brandon and Kleemannusa. We were broken down, our Sprinter completely shutting off with a check engine light on. We stopped at two shops - they couldn't diagnos the issue, the MB dealers in the area wouldn't even return my calls. Helplessly stranded. Brandon had our problem diagnosed in less than an hour, fixed and checked out in less than 24 hours. He rearranged his time to get to us immediately too. A GREAT experience in a bad situation. Thank you!!!!

So, my review should have some weight since its nearly 20 years in the making. Originally shipped my 05 E55 to Kleemann for a K3 upgrade when I first got it and the car came back improved and and functioning perfectly, even passed smog in picky CA. That said, 2 decades later I had a local yahoo-wanna-be MB mechanic fix an air suspension and oil pan leak, only to suddenly have a nightmare on my hands. The engine was throwing codes, running rich, idling at 3k, a mess. Obviously something happened in the shop, but of course they were of the "it came like that" defense. After 2 months of hair pulling, Brandon came through like a champ and walked the shop, multiple times... over the phone... on things to check because they were both incapable of figuring it out and listening to his advice. Only at the bitter end did they listen and found a hose under the supercharger disconnected as well as wires which were loose. Both of these things Brandon telegraphed to them to check. He really saved me from further headache and potential lawsuit. Car finally back to normal. Thanks Kleemann & Brandon!

I can’t say enough about Brandon & his business! I knew I needed new brakes on my 2014 VW Jetta ASAP. My car went from a small squeak one day to metal on metal the next. (Drove X-country from NY)
I asked for any VW mechanic recommendations on COS Reddit & Brandon was mentioned a couple times, so I called. This was also the Friday before Christmas. He emailed me an estimate within the hour that I had called, without having me come to the shop. Amazing (since I work in Briargate & live downtown).
I thought for sure I needed all new pads and calipers for all 4 of my wheels and my check engine light had come on. I made the appointment for the day after the New Year and an hour into the start of his day he had a full report basically of what he saw. Not only did he tell me I only needed the rear brakes & calipers done but that a few small things to get my car back to healthy that was all I needed (& for the original estimate he had originally sent me).
Brandon knows his sh*t, was super communicative & had it all done before lunch. I know my new mechanic for my VW from now on. He’s so honest & trustworthy. Brandon really wants his clients to feel empowered by giving out his knowledge behind why he’s doing what he’s doing. I moved from NY & had a long time (family) mechanic who specialized in German engineering and Brandon is someone my Dad would be proud of me finding. I’ll keep telling everyone to go where I was told from now on when anyone needs an honest, reliable & expert mechanic. Brandon is the real MVP! Happy New Year & smooth driving!

Brandon at Kleemann USA has always done excellent work on my 2008 Sprinter 3500. And there's been a lot of work to do! I'm from Mississippi, but I'm through Colorado once or twice a year, and I always bring it to Kleemann for repairs. Brandon was the only person who could figure out some major problems I was having back in 2020 (the van was in the shop for 42 days!) when I had to get a stripped transmission replaced due to a domino effect of issues from a third party cruise control that the people I bought it from had scabbed on. The Mercedes Dealership had given me a long list of solutions amounting to 10K worth of repairs, none of which ended up having been the actual problem. Meanwhile, Brandon at Kleemann solved it. I also appreciate the effort he makes to clearly explain exactly what's going on and what's being done about it. He knows his stuff, is great to work with, and has even saved me money by suggesting which repairs I could likely take care of myself at home.Definitely recommend. My go-to Sprinter place.Services: Transmission

I do not know where to even begin on the exceptional service, transparency, and professionalism of Brandon and his staff. I brought my Jetta here for the first time for an oil change / tire rotation and to resolve an issue with its mechanical e-brake. Not only was I invited into the back and showed EXACTLY what was wrong and the plan of attack, but Brandon willingly stayed over 3 hours past the shop’s close time (on a Friday!) to ensure that my car was completed to his satisfaction due to a mishap on the delivery from the parts store.I didn’t mind waiting during that time (there’s a real good brewery across the street!), and I will be coming back to Kleemann for all of my car related needs for as long as I’m in Colorado!BTW, Hunter S Thompson fans are more than welcome!

Kleeman USA is by far the best and greatest European mechanic, local to Colorado Springs that I have ever worked with. Brandon is a stellar guy with an expert knowledge in Mercedes Benz and others like Audi and VW. He is bar none the best over all of the other wannabe mechanics in town. This shop is by far the cleanest and most organized I have ever seen. The staff are very welcoming and hospitable to their customers too. I highly recommend Kleeman USA without any hesitation and trust Brandon implicitly!!!
