After 14 years of loyal shopping at King Soopers, we've decided to jump on the latest trend: deleting our King Soopers account and procuring our groceries elsewhere. In a twist of economic irony, it's now more cost-effective to drive farther than to endure the premium prices at King Soopers.
Our diligent research into the cause of these inflated prices revealed an interesting financial dynamic. It’s not due to supply chain disruptions or increased costs from grocery suppliers. Instead, it appears to be an exercise in maximizing profit margins at the executive level. So, farewell King Soopers, and hello to more economical grocery adventures (with a bit more mileage).

The produce depth was not stocked at 11:00 am very poorly maintained. This seem to be a common occurrence!!
Needs a new manager! Get with it King Sooper!!!!!

Keep trying to have an open mind about this store, but today's it for me. Nothing is stocked. The molasses slow produce guy was scanning all the empty vegetable shelves, went around the corner to no meat - just left my cart and went to the Marketplace. Wish I could get back all the gas I've wasted on this store with its rude staff and empty shelves.

I'm new to this area. I stopped by for a few groceries and to have a look around for the first time. First, the produce looked great. Everything looked fresh, neat and orderly. The bakery was orderly. I was looking for some cornbread and asked Joseph if they had any. He was quite rude and gave me a look like I had ruined his day! Of course I apologized for disturbing him. He did show me where it was, but he didn't have to have that kind of attitude with me. First time I EVER thought that a customer should apologize to an employee just for asking a question!! Whatever happened to "the customer is always right" or "treat every customer as if they are new to the store?"
Then I was approached by a begger asking me for money. That made me feel really unsafe shopping there. I quickly got what I needed just to get the hell out. I didn't even want to look around anymore. The only bright spot was my checkout lady Kimberly. She was very nice and so was the head cashier who's name escaped me. But I probably won't be returning. I just don't feel safe shopping there. 2 stars for the organization and checkout crew. ?

Never has any registers open despite constant huge waits. Night manager has a bad attitude towards customers.

My experience lately here was rude cashier lady who was older Caucasian at the self checkout, I had asked her a question about the small Gates closing as you walk in as I originally entered the store to purchase a 12 pack of monster energy, as I was asking her a question, I asked if I could go back out the same way I arrived in she rudely spoke to me with anger and frustration and spoken and treated me as if I was a child and said that I must go back around and re-enter the gate, the security guard lady is awesome and was kind enough to get a basket for me as I was too in a hurry I was more worried about the closing time than anything and forgot to get a shopping cart, I made my purchase and openly expressed to the cashier that I strongly disagreed with her demeanor body language and tone of voice and lack of customer service or even treating me like a human being, customer service is greatly lacking here because of some employees, customers are spending lots of money and deserve to have customers service, I can honestly say that this cashier has very poor customer service or is probably racist towards indigenous people of color.

The young man in meat department is completely rude. He has brown hair, wears glasses. I instacart at south academy all the time. I asked for help looking for meat product and his response was telling me that I should know where the product is and didn't take the time to show me. If you are that miserable working at a company that strives for great customer service. You might want to find another job.

Bathrooms are locked and you need a code except they won't give you a code and instead wanted to have a man walk me there. also the entire store is extremely dirty an gross. horrid experience all around.

The floral department employees were terrable one male one female. Neither one of them greeted me and acted like I wasn't standing at the counter. Especially the lady. Its a sad shame, if you don't want the job someone else will be happy to have it. Find some joy in your life.
