I have found this king Soopers to be my least favorite King Soopers. They aren't really very customer-focused in general and in all honesty they are really quite rude when you try to return something they want to see on the cameras where you bought it that's very strange. I have just moved to shopping at Safeway instead

Worst experience ever with the bakery here. First they said they lost my son’s graduation cake. Then they all of a sudden found it. So we go to pick it up and it look absolutely horrible. Will never again use this bakery

They added gates that dont work and prevent you from going to get a cart if you decided you wanted to spend more. Ive seen many people have to push them open because they wont work. Every walmart that added these types of gates removed them because it caused people to spend less in their store. Ive frequently avoided going back to other sections because theyve designed things in a way where you have to walk twice the distance to go back to get what you needed. Their registers also claim youre stealing and make you wait when you try to put things in a bag. They also are still selling plastic bags.

Had free delivery through insta cart. Order was wrong, Got charged for a delivery order and pick up order. On phone for an hour getting refunds on things I didn't buy, extra order and tip as the groceries that were ordered were not delivered plus half my groceries were not delivered. Its taking more time to get errors straightened out than it would if I'd shopped myself and still don't have needed items. Instacart and the Kroger telephonic customer service are horrible. Never again.
