So they blocked an entire aisle with Coca-Cola products and I could not reach to get my Wife birthday card. Was completely blocked off and the lady said,” I am not going to move it and she doesn’t have to, actual words.

I've shopped here for 10+ years. When covid occured I used the pickup service. Finding it convenient as a senior with an intellectually disabled adult son I continued with it until this past year or more. I changed my phone service to a cheaper service now that I'm retired and in certain areas I struggle with internet access. Which means my tracking for pickup isn't always available. I'm not the only one not to use the "I'm on my way" button on the app and no one except the supervisor has an attitude with me about it. So the bulk of my groceries are now delivered by another grocery and I only visit this location 1 or 2 times a month and buy only the necessity until my next delivery. Today I spoke to the assistant about my experience and I got no response from her. There are still some good people working their, unfortunately many we have known over years have retired or left. I just don't see the same customer service. I've spoke to Kroger's customer service who was understanding about their pickup service with no response from anyone with authority on how we can fix the problem. I guess it's true times have changed.

Entered the store this morning, tried to get a shopping cart and Security locked the cart. In doing so they dislocated my shoulder I just had reset. I also just had my pelvis reset twice in one day. Thanks for the pain and because of your stupidity I now have to go to the doctor again to put them back in place.
This store is no place for injured or handicapped people.

We check out our own groceries and we had to call over your assistant multiple times cause the checkout machine wouldn't work properly. Very frustrating.

I live closer to the one on Uintah but this one is well worth the drive. They have a huge selection, they tend not to run out of items, and the lines always move quickly. The only complaint is how poor cell service is in there, so if I run into something that needs a coupon from the app it can be a pain trying to get that. It would be great if whoever runs this location could do some training on how to run a store.

Good selection here!! Nice cashiers.
Good selection of fruits. Sales are worth the time to clip in the app.

this location has turned sour. used to be the best spot in the springs, now it's turning into another dirt hole. adding security guards, adding gates, removing amenities like disposable containers.

This usually is as five star grocery store for me. Helpful staff, clean and well organized. I went there today and am only giving a 3star the checker was slow and proceeded to talk to peers as well as the lady who had been checking out prior to me. I like customer service but when the line is slightly waiting and the conversation is beyond after check out, I wonder where common sense is.
