I like coming to this location ?..but lately it's not so good...the security guard are great..but sometimes it seems they are watching like a hawk..to see if any thefts..I understand completely ..you are doing your job..but not everyone is a criminal.he looks at me like I'm going to steal..but feels dumb ..when I pay .. ?? lol ..but the bagger with the braids who is black ..has a bad and nasty attitude..how rude can u be...don't stare at people with an angry ? face..smile perhaps and maybe people will be more kind .she has no personality.. can't even greet the customer with an hello or to even say have a nice day?. Very unprofessional

Very rude and disrespectful people. From the cashiers to the management. I've seen cashiers rude to others as well. One was rude to my wife at self checkout because she had to come over twice to correct their flawed system . She was already red in the face mad before getting to us due to everyone else calling her over to fix the flawed system they were on. The cashier acted as though it was our fault and yelled at us , I can't be everywhere at once she said. Not only do we have to either purchase their bags or bring our own, but we also have to bag those groceries because there is one actual cashier working. Also, look at the over pricing we pay, Now we get disrespected and yelled at while we are doing the job we pay them for. managment defended this behavior as well.
Im not sorry but I'll shop elsewhere from now on.

I’m 10 months pregnant and need to use the restroom. There’s a code lock so I ask this large blonde woman who works at the Starbucks if I can get in. She comes over to punch in the code while telling me that any king soopers employee can help me get into the bathroom, with an attitude like it’s not her job. You’re working in King Soopers, you’re a king soopers employee to me, also, why would I wanna go hunt someone down when I can barely walk, and you obviously have the code and just didn’t wanna be bothered to walk 2 feet.

I'm sick number 1 being treated like a criminal at the checkout, but my big beef is the fact thar they sold me contaminated beef! I have been sick so far for 12 hours with a trashcan on the toilet, AND ALL I GET IS PUT ON HOLD BY A 20 SOMEYHING!!!!!!!!! PITIFUL AND DANGEROUS!!!!!

King Soopers is always awesome when we visit. Well King Soopers is a Kroger brand they do not carry the mountain dew zero sugar purple thunder, they do carry the regular purple thunder. King Soopers staff was very nice and the tempting to help us find the zero sugar purple thunder.

This place takes your complaints and they go no where. Walmart has better customer service and they have a better return policy. They need better training on how to talk to customers and not get defensive over returns and them having to take it. Lost a lot of faith in shopping here. Been shopping here since I could walk too

This place used to be my go to shopping place, but lately it isn’t. They treat people like we are all thieves! I have spent a lot of money there and I am offended by their attitudes towards their customers now. I have been watched and accused of theft by a couple of different people, which I am not a thief. If the employees would do theirs jobs correctly, they wouldn’t have to accuse their good customers and they may actually catch the real thieves! It’s just awful that this place has gone so downhill.
