I handle all my elderly father's prescriptions here...mainly from the online account with cell phone notifications for pick up, but a few times I've had to call- I am just as direct and to the point as they are with name and DOB ready for them, and I have had no problem!Prescriptions have always been handled correctly and quickly. I think most of the negative comments are because the staff comes off as 'flippant'. I really don't care about their personality towards me- prescription timeliness and correctness are more important.

King Soopers is clearly treating their pharmacy people terribly. Pay them more. Hire three more admins (you cheap company) to help them so they aren't frantic when they answer the phone, get rid of that HORRIBLE phone tree so customers aren't already furious by the time we manage to reach an overworked, clearly underpaid human. Your terrible reviews are not because your people aren't trying hard enough, but mortal humans react rudely under prolonged stress, lack of appreciation, and talking to entitled old white men all day. I hate seeing other essential workers ground up in the mill, and Walmart ironically does so much better than any of your Colorado Springs locations (granted, I only tried FOUR OF THEM before switching to Walmart).

I'm not sure why everybody else is giving them bad reviews, maybe they didn't get their friends script of opiates or benzos but I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Always have my scripts ready when they say they will, friendly, and helpful.

First and foremost, the people that work at the grocery store are AWESOME and extremely friendly......BUT the pharmacy is very rude and dismissive. Shop here for groceries, go somewhere else for pharmacy needs.

I agree with some people above saying they’re rude, unfriendly, and inconsiderate. I know they’re trying to get through multiple people or close on time, but the amount of times they have been snarky and rude to me when I haven’t even approached the desk yet is unbelievable.

Avoid this poor excuse of a pharmacy at all costs. Rude, dismissive, judgmental staff who think they are better-equipped to make decisions regarding your necessary prescriptions than your doctor. My family has not had a single positive experience with this location and will be taking our business elsewhere. Do better Kings.

I have nothing but good things to say about king supers from the pharmacy to the grocery store. Everybody has always been polite to me, and always going out of their way to help me and I will enjoy shopping there in the future.
