Half the pumps had cones in front of them- which was frustrating because it is a tight lot and not easy to maneuver.

This store used to be so great but you can't really use it without waiting about 20-30 minutes to checkout now. Especially in the morning. If you're a local worker, trying to grab donuts before work or a quick lunch is no longer an option there. They don't open more than 3 self checks for the total checkout in the morning. I would have to wait behind 22 people with carts full of groceries to purchase 4 small donuts. So many people began leaving their carts and walking out, expressing growing frustration with this store. The manager of this store should resign. They claim it's a labor issue but they aren't even interviewing some of their great applicants. This store has absorbed the apathy and laziness that is continually taking over this once happy part of town. I can't imagine managing or owning a store and caring as little as they do about it.

Deli Delivered in my crisis! I had several items for an event, but the technology didn't help. Fortunately I called the day of my event and they came through for me. I highly recommend calling them directly. The wraps and cookies were crowd pleasers. Veggies and salad very fresh! Thank you all!

This is a nice Kings Sooper. It can be very busy and the parking lot a bit crazy, but the store can't be blamed for that. It is a large store with a nice selection. The service is typical--not great but not poor.

Dumbest liquor policy ever. My wife and o are 70 and they made both of us get us out and he entered it into the register. Ok otherwise, just not the cleanest stote

What has happened to our store?? It was such a great store, now it's weird. They redid the flower section and their reduced (almost dead flowers) are $12.00! It takes up the whole front and right side of the store when you come in. The other product that must be high in demand is alcohol, they have used so much space to sell booze and less food. OMG the deli is the worst ever. They refuse to properly staff it. You have a cooking section and a deli. The cooked food esp. the chicken is always so dry you can't eat it. It can take a s long as 20 minutes to get something from the deli. Most of the basics are hard to find. The fruit trays / containers they sell come in cut already and the fruit is not ripe. I've brought this to the attention of the produce workers and they said it arrives that way. Don't eat, inedible and you can get stomach cramps from unripe fruit. The workers are troopers for sure, they can't do anything about decisions made by management they just get to hear us complaining when we check out. That is sad. Please stock your store with affordable edible food and let the liquor stores worry about stocking booze.Still looking for another better supermarket to shop at.

They are closed now. I called to ask why, after it rang for 40 minutes, someone answered and said they temporarily closed. I asked why, and she said she was not at liberty to disclose that information. I said, "I guess I have to drive over and see why." She just hung up. If there is a dangerous situation, she should have been at liberty to at least say that instead of hanging up on me. I am heading there now. To be continued. The reason I was calling was to pick up a life saving medicine at that pharmacy. Yep, the police shut them down. She couldn't say, don't come it's not safe? Well, they were open when I got there. Only closed for about an hour. No one would say why. I am not as mad with them now. But their pharmacy sucks, and so do customer service people. The food and other employees are awesome. I am upgrading review from 1 star to 2 until they get that handled.

I like king Soopers way better than Safeway but the change of making most of the lanes self checkout AND THEN not opening half of them even when it's busy is infuriating. The half converted lanes are even worse. You can't set down your reusable bags because it doesn't like that and all your groceries are conveyed down to the other end of the check out station.

This place is really awfuller than I can believe. The Produce is good the deli is ok the location is hideous. there is a guy standing in the doorway with a machine gun. not the shopping environment I was after not living in central america and all that.

Trying to get gas and being accused of parking in the middle of the road by an employee while I’m in the parking lot of a gas station is unnecessary. I do genuinely appreciate help when I’m in the middle of a situation but that was not helpful. To be clear…Orange vest: unnecessarily confrontational. Green vest: Super chill, seems to get life.

This is such a nice King Soopers location. The produce here is fresh and beautiful and they carry pretty much everything you could need from food to cleaning supplies. I was surprised to see how many household items this location had such as plates/dishes and kitchen appliances!

Beware of this shopping center. All the businesses here need to force the hand of the center manager and pay for security. It is unacceptable to have cars broken into at the point they play a recorded message on a loud speaker to lock your car. They also need to do something about homeless camping out, it's not safe for them or others trying to shop at the various businesses. I give 1 star to KS because they don't do anything about it and don't seem to care. I'll be shopping at Trader Joe's now and Safeway.

Store has a variety of good selections produce was pretty pretty good. Staff seem to really be focused on helping. I think the quality here in Colorado Springs is better than Safeway can provide Even though I go to both.
