They charged me an $85 fee to diagnose a TV. Then they told me that my screen was not damaged, but had a manufacturer defect. I asked them if they could submit it for a manufacturer warranty, because the TV was recently purchased. So they changed their mind and told me that it was, in fact, damaged.That's what I got for my $85.

J.P. Speers here Owner Broker Berkshire Hathaway Colo Spgs, I normally do not bring up where I work. In this case I just have to because we offer extreme Real Estate care for Buyers and Sellers. This takes dedication and integrity that many find hard to achieve. How I am correlating my business with Kelly' TV Repair is that he was asked a question from me. This question was designed to test the owner as to his integrity & I wanted to know the truth. The question "I purchased this TV 3 years ago $4,500 dollars for the best I could afford at this time" / "Is this TV worth fixing now that Black Friday is here in my mind and cost of these things have gone down extremely as they do." His response was NO you do want to fix this TV as its still a good TV and still goes for almost $3k. My thought was heck this question must be asked almost every time. The owner has the opportunity to tell the customer that yeah, the tv is broken maybe you could get one current that wouldn't cost that much more, and with attempt to persuade the customer to just say well can you get rid of the one I brought! So of course, he could re-sale it RIGHT, NOOO! HE DID NOT DO THIS The owner was extremely honest and made me feel like fixing my TV was truly worth it. He not only fixed it using new Sony parts but did it a week early. Thank YOU the TV works perfect again and more so thank you for being worth the research and expense. Guys and Gals fix your TV before you buy a new one. Can you believe its even possible as everything, we have now is designed to be disposable. Thanks to Kelly's TV, I will not just assume its a throw away anymore.

Andres and his son picked up my large tv this morning and returned it this evening fixed! I am so pleased with their professionalism, communication and efficiency. Geek Squad gave me a date in November.? So happy to have our tv back. ?

Called to see if my tv could be repaired. They informed me that it was not worth to repair a 2022 Samsung Smart TV’s broken screen due to the cost compared to the tv’s current worth. I appreciate the upfront honesty, and this shop will be my go to for any future tv repairs!

I thought my TV was going to have to be thrown away, as the speakers were getting worse and worse, luckily I found Kelly's. Not only did they quickly diagnose the problem, but they were able to make the repairs and restore my TV to a brand new condition. I will definitely recommend them as well as make them my go-to place for all my electronic repairs. I can't thank them enough for their great work, expert employees, and excellent customer service. Andre, the business owner, was great. I was able to schedule a home appointment for two days out, which I was thrilled with. Andre came to our home, picked up the TV, and two business days later, called to let me know that the TV had been repaired. He brought it back, got everything hooked back up, and I'm back in service. He was both polite and professional to work with. A breath of fresh air! I'm grateful that I called this business.

These guys are great. Good prices, and quick turnaround time. Before running out to replace a broken TV, take it to Kelly's and have them repair it and save yourself some $$$.
