Had an appointment to get a pedicure/ manicure at this nail salon which I have been going to since the previous owner owned it. The new owner remodeled it in all white and changed all the equipment and it looks great! Had my pedicure first then the owners wife did my manicure. When I saw my receipt I saw that they had charged me $2 more than last month even though I go there all the time. Their service is great but I like it when one person does both the pedicure and manicure and think it if they raised their prices they should have let me know. They had already raised their prices after they remodeled the salon.

The owner seems so sweet, but his female employees do not understand customer service. I got the wrong color (by far) and when I tried to say something to the lady doing my nails she rolled her eyes. I waited to explain the the manager who was very sweet about it, but she continued to make it a point that she didn't believe me. I will not be back.

Owner is such a nice guy. But there's a reason they get no business, and that's because the lady's that actually do the nails. They're rude and made my wife's nails look like shit (sorry babe). Asked for peach and got HIGHLIGHTER PINK?!? Owner- if you see this, fire your girls and hire new ones.

Very dirty shop. Strong chemical smell No overhead fans for ventilation. No liners in tubs for each patron. Fan usedTo dry nails filthy with dust.Unsanitary. Wont go back.

Selena worked on my nails. As I am new to dip nails (< 1 mo), learning to do this on my own, was on vacation and one chipped along the side cuticle, I made an appt for the next day. They were close by where I stayed, knowledgeable, timely, and friendly. I learned something as she worked on me. She answered my questions and helped us find an excellent Vietnamese restaurant afterwards. I'll gladly return if needed again!! Thank you Selena!!

Don't make appointments if you can't honor them. So tired of salons giving you an appointment only to haveEVERY seat filled with walkins. SO inconsiderate. I was told to come at a specific time then told it would be a 20 min after my 15 min wasted time waiting. I had an appt later elsewhere so I had to leave. DONE.

This was my first time at this salon and i went in for a pedicure and full set of acrylics which i mentioned when i first arrived. Idk why, but the lady who did my pedicure had manicure on the mind i guess and told the guy that i wanted one. When i saw this I politely told him i wanted a full set, but when he asked if i wanted them long, i said no i wanted them short. This man straight up refused to do acrylics on me bc I didn’t want them long and said he would just do the manicure bc it would be the same length if i got a full set. I have ALWAYS gotten a short full set of acrylics with gel polish and I’ve never had anyone do what they want with MY nails. I was willing to pay the extra amount it was for acrylics and this dude straight out refused. And then when it came time to add the polish I picked, he proceeded to add glitter to when I didn’t ask for glitter. I told him no I don’t want that and I think he saw in my face that I was fed up with him bc he said “ok no problem i can take it off”. I will not be coming here a second time.Services: Pedicure

I had a pedicure and acrylics done, I believe by Tina. She was very kind and concerned that I was happy with everything throughout the process. When she started painting my toes I realized the color wasn’t as dark as I wanted and she immediately stopped, removed it and had me grab a color I’d be happier with.
I originally wanted white tip acrylics but didn’t communicate that well and it’s been so long since I had them done I wasn’t really paying attention. When I told her she started to paint them white but realized it wasn’t going to look as nice and asked if I wanted to do the color I had on my toes to match. Which I did so she removed the white and used the other color. She checked with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with length, shape and the way the color looked.
It’s been years since I got my nails done regularly or used a specific shop and I will def go to them again.
Only downfall is they don’t have toddler pedi chairs so if I wanna take my daughter will have to use a different shop, but other than that I will def be using them again.

They were very rude. Took almost 3 hrs to do my nails. The guy that did them kept pulling my hands & cut my fingers 3 times! Disgusting place
