Went to Johannes Jewelers for Mother’s Day. I bought my wife a beautiful pair of diamond earrings, also a gold Italian bull horn pendant. Price was so reasonable, I noticed they had their own in house jewelry repair shop. I even had my necklace repaired. Mr Bryan Richter was my go to guy for this wonderful, affordable, establishment. He kept me fully in the loop of repair. step by step of my necklace. Also on arrival of my wife’s pendant. Great customer service. Great prices, wife loved her diamond earrings, and pendant, I loved having my necklace fixed as if new. When your wife loves fine jewelry. And won’t hit your pockets like most places I recommend. My grandparents had their custom set made over 35 years ago by the jewelers here and it still looks absolutely stunning. It’s just absolutely beautiful. Nice thick shank, beautiful stones. The design and work has stood the test of time

I always have a great experience and service at Johannes Hunter Jewelers. It doesn’t matter if it’s something as simple as ordering replacement earring backs, diamond earrings, or a wedding band, they always provide excellent care and service. I highly recommend this jeweler.

This place is extremely unprofessional. We went in to sell jewelry worth 10000 or minimum 7,000 for just the scrap metal. 97 grams 22k gold necklace and earring set. We were not greeted properly. A white man came in after us and they offered him water and a sweet and basically kissed his feet. They only offered 2000 for our gold. They are probably racist and are a ripoff. I don’t recommend

Julia was magnificent to work with. She helped us design a custom heirloom ring that we hope to pass down in our family from any generations. It was for a 25th anniversary. She was very patient, and her communication was absolutely excellent. She did not rush us, guided us through the process, and celebrated with us when the ring arrived. We could not have asked for a better experience. This is exactly what we were hoping for by choosing a local jeweler.

The BEST customer service! They helped me take care of damage to my ring and picking out a new wedding band too, they we're helpful through the whole process, kept me informed about everything and even tailored the pickup day around my schedule. I wouldn't go anywhere else :)
