This place is so great and easy to work with. I like the online appointment system and their willingness to be flexible with me since I have two small, short-haired dogs who like to come in together. They are efficient, and my dogs are clean, fresh, and cheerful after each appointment.

I'm so thankful to have found Joann. We are new to having a breed that requires regular grooming. Joann is kind and professional. Her salon is clean and open. You can see exactly how all of the dogs are cared for.

First time getting my girls professionally groomed and I couldn't be happier. They're on the bigger side and with it being a whole new experience for them I was a bit worried, but they did great with Joanns crew and Joanns crew did amazing with them. They were soooo clean and soft! Thank you!

Completely down to earth and calm with the dogs. Both of my 60lb and 20lb poodles looked awesome. Would strongly recommend using them. Online booking too!
