Person who cut the fabric says a coupon will work. Sticker price says full $39.98, but they won’t accept a coupon for regular price item because it’s on “clearance” but is still full price. Asks me to order online but the online doesn’t show the complete stock. I drove up from Pueblo for this.

First thing the lady said to
Us when we walked in was “ welcome in we close in an hour” and continued to say it to every person walking in like seriously ? And then no one knew what aisle the markers were in the only answer we got was “ on the back side of the store I don’t know what number sorry” like does anyone even work
Here? And then the same lady checking us out made us wait to be checked out for 20 minutes. And is just straight up rude.

Sadly, Joanna has empty. shelves and very little fabric in comparison to what they usually have.
Take care of your people, Joann's. They'll walk out of you don't. No man power, no sales!
I went to Hobby lobby and found they were Fully Stocked! Guess I'll be going there from now on.
Update: 5-28-2024
Miguel at the fabric cutting table seem like someone in charge and walk toward me saying she didn't care to the other employee. I was standing at the cutting table waiting to ask about some fabric and she rolled her eyes and very sarcastically asked me what I wanted.
This is so sad. I miss Pearl and all the other employees I used to know.

Everyone was inviting and friendly. Lots to choose from when looking for items for sewing, knitting, beading projects along with hundreds of others and home furnishings.

The only craft doll was fabric, had no face and was for children to draw on. Time loses it's treasures with each passing generation.
So glad my granddaughters didn't miss out on their great grandmother's crocheted bed dolls. If only I could now find the dolls.

Not happy with the online shopping. Took four days to get the order shipped and it has now been six days since it was shipped and still have not received what I ordered. Should not take that long to process and ship and if it is going by the Post office should have a tracking number so you can see where it is. If By UPS or Fed Ex it should have the same.

Fabric clerks were very friendly, but the department was severely under staffed. Lots of good sales throughout the store. Really good coupons on line.

To put it mildly I HATE SHOPPING AT JOANN'S. It always takes TOO LONG to just go buy ONE THING!!!! Always one long line to cut fabric and another long line to pay. IT IS THE MOST ANNOYING PLACE I HAVE TO SHOP

First time shopper and I have to say it was such a great experience. The selection was great and the customer service was top notch! I forget the name of the lady that helped me (cashier 866475) but she was an absolute delight to speak with! She made my day.

My husband bought me a sewing machine here. He asked three different people if it could be returned. They said yes as long as it’s not opened. I got to the cashier and Skyler told me that they don’t return sewing machines. She then said that she would only return it for a $25 restocking fee, I said this was never mentioned to my husband. She then said it never is. Thanks Skyler for admitting that you guys are trying to con people. You lost my business.

Wish I could give negative stars. Every time we come in here the employees are rude, and over all bad service. The store manager Bryan is very unprofessional. Does not even want to help with costumer service. The product we were trying to get fixed sense it was falling apart he did not want to deal with and told us pretty much to get lost. I would not recommend this store. We walked into hobby lobby and the customer service was much better and they were willing to work with us. Please don't go to this Joann's it's a waste of time.
