I attempted to bring in my vehicle a few months back when a fault popped up leaving me unable to charge my Jaguar. Toni told me it would be weeks before they could see it and drive it home. I live well outside the range, over an hour east, and explained I couldn't make it that far with the charge I had. He gave me the number for towing and said they would call me later to schedule something. I did end up on the side of the road requiring for it to be towed to my house since obviously it wasn't welcomed to sit on their lot to be looked at. The VERY NEXT MORNING, he texts me asking to schedule an appointment. I had already spoken to Jaguar and had fixed the issue. It was something they said could have easily been troubleshooted in less than five minutes if he called. The charging pin locked a few days ago and I decided to try them again. Wish I didn't even call. Toni answered and immediately went to berating me how he scheduled me multiple times to be seen and I never called back. Of course I didn't call back, nor did I schedule with them. I was LEFT ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD waiting for towing under his direction to drive home instead of leaving the car at the dealership. While he went home within a few minutes from his job, I didn't get home until well after my kids went to bed. I hung up after he was sighing on the phone, clearly not wanting to help me, and I called Lakewood. BEST decision I made since they walked me through several things they will service my car for, scheduled towing, able to see it within a little over a week instead of "weeks" as Toni kept suggesting both times. And, guess what, they didn't want to see me on the side of the road. Imagine that!
Also, worth noting if you have a Jaguar, the Lakewood location is the authorized retailer that the Jaguar headquarters recommended since it's the only one in the state. Avoid this location unless you enjoy someone hawing and sighing the entire time you are talking to them. Oh, and let's not forget handing me the number for towing instead of even troubleshooting the car.

Pleasant, prompt and professional service. The best part of my experiences here: The HONESTY! In over 40 years of owning cars, this is probably the first time I didn't feel lied to or overcharged. I went for a required check-up and all was good, nothing needed! Ahem, what car shop has ever done that? Not a belt, filter, fluids! ... all good! That is how a shop should be managed always. Thank you so much.

I bought an F-Type and an F-pace and as any other dealer, they sold the vinyl wrap packs with this cars, I had a bunch of rock chips in the front of the car because of the bad wrap job . Josh the manager of sales was the worst person to deal with it, and didn’t wanna be responsible of any of this . Mark is service department promised to had it pain and re-wrapping correctly, and did not happen having the F-type car for a total of two months, and just did a terrible paint touch up , great cars but not buying or dealing with this problem with them anymore,Service: Body & Trim

Worst service department I've ever dealt with. Have take the car in at lease twice to fix a problem, they keep telling me is fixed ( it is not ) and now don't have appointments for weeks. This has been an issue from the very beginning. Sure miss switching to Jaguar from Mercedes where the service is absolutely first class in Colorado Springs.

I will never buy from this place again. I've had 2 minor issues with my car since buying it new in 21. Today, I am told it will be A MONTH before they can schedule me for the check engine light being on. To even check the code. It is a warranty issue preventing me from safely driving a stupid expensive car. Again. After the sale care here is simply a joke. I have received FAR better service from Kia. A car that runs is better than one that doesnt... even if it is a kia

Service is ok for a dealership. Nothing special. Only once did I have a problem When the service guy cross threaded a fitting then tried to charge me for a leaking brake cylinder

Was treated in a condescending manor from Josh the sales manager and was told my offer was "preposterous" and that because I lived more than 30 miles from the dealership they would have to get special permission from the owner of the dealership to see IF they could sell me a new F-Type. Well that was in October and they are still (end of Dec.) sitting on that car and are priced below my preposterous offer.

Purchased a used 2017 Jaguar XF 35t AWD Premium from this dealership. At first I was taken away by the sales and finance department. This whole experience started off as one of the best car buying experiences I had ever had. As the months went on with the vehicle I applied Chemical Guys Clean Slate to find numerous deep scratches, acid rain spot, and tree tar embedded in to the finish that was covered cosmetically from the dealership during sale presentation. Then it wasn't until 4 months in that I took my first 8 hour road trip in the vehicle to discover that I did not have 10 way power seats as was presented to me at the time of sales. The parts department if impossible to communicate with. I have tried to order several accessories and parts to no avail with this dealership that I receive better service from the dealership in Albuquerque which I pass twice a month. Which leads us to the service department at this dealership. They are extremely undermining and confrontational. The one service rep through a tantrum and stormed off while I simply inquired about a warranty item. There aren't many options for Jag dealers in the area but I would shop elsewhere or use extreme caution and judgement when dealing here. To add to the adventure had to start draining gallons of water out of the doors after a rain or car wash, the brake lights fill with water too. Then I'm assuming it's all the sensors in the rear view mirror area overheating but that exploded while driving down the road. The dealership.... "We'll have to take a look. That might be fixable under the original factory warranty. Might not." Called Jaguar and all is covered. We'll see if the dealership holds that same statement as the brand they are representing.
