This is the second time that I've used them. My daughter's Jeep needed to clutch. They were able to get to it the next day. It's been running great. They were fast with the repair. I would recommend them.

Went in for a routine oil change and found out my oil level was left at the bottom marker. I found out by hearing engine rumbling and fixed it myself. After confirming their mistake, they apologized but didn’t offer anything in terms of a refund. Seems like an honest shop, but I probably won’t return if something this simple and potentially destructive can go overlooked.

Oi vey! Where do I even begin? We (me + multiple family members) have been taking our vehicles here for years and every time we have received top notch service, fair pricing, friendly attitude, and all in a timely manner. Brad goes above and beyond with whatever we ask, and doesn't push unnecessary work. More than auto repair, but peace of mind, especially as our daughter learns to drive. Thankful for such a trustworthy place is an understatement!

I was sad to find out that Jacob the original owner wasn’t there anymore. The new owner seems to be really nice and knows what he’s doing. I would recommend coming here. I haven’t had bad service!

To sum these guys up with 3 words- fast, friendly and fair! I brought in my wife’s car for some long overdue maintenance and AC repair. The day I brought it in they diagnosed and informed me they needed to order a compressor for the AC and it would be there by the next day. I figured they'd need a couple days after that to get to the car. The very next day all the work was done and my wife’s no longer getting hot boxed on her commute. They exceeded our expectations and their pricing was fair which is a rarity in this city, we couldn't be more satisfied!

I was stuck with my two kids and not a single mechanic in town would even look at my car which was leaking fluids by the gallon. I called and spoke to Jeremy and he explained that they were completely booked but to go ahead and bring the car by. This garage was literally closing and they waited for me and fixed the problem in minutes. They were honest, professional and completely empathetic. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone in Colorado Springs or anywhere for that matter. Great experience. Thank you so much guys! You’re lifesavers.

This shop has great customer service however the fact they don’t warranty any used work really stinks. we just paid 8000 dollars for an engine to be replaced and have only had it two months if that and it’s broke down again due to engine problems so now have to pay even more money to fix a problem we thought would be fixed with replacing the engine. we paid more money to replace the engine than we got miles out on it before waking down again

I have had a couple of cars worked on by this shop. I highly recommend them! They're fair, honest about cost, and take pride in their work. I will continue to use them for my vehicle needs as it's rare to find honest and solid mechanics.

Amazing experience. Would 100% recommended going there. I had check engine light coming up in my car. It turned out to be some gas cap issue. These guys just tightened it and I was on my way. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostics to check for the codes!! It was all done within 10 minutes. Very cool and honest people. Loved it.
