Honest mechanic found! This is my third time bringing my car in. After 15 years of living in Colorado Springs, I finally found a trustworthy mechanic! Jeff has been in the industry for years, and branched out on his own after witnessing unethical practices throughout his career. Jeff diagnoses on the spot and repairs the issue within the day at a reasonable price. His problem solving skills are like that of “House” but of a mechanical nature, not medical! He goes over and beyond, and if he sees something that needs addressing, he’ll take care of that too!Today I brought my car in because the temperature gauge showed it was overheating. After diagnosing this, I asked him to look at my front airbag. The sensor had been going off and on for over two years. I took it to the dealership, and they diagnosed it as a bad wire harness and estimated the cost to be over $650. I procrastinated fixing it because it was sporadic. The light came on again so I had Jeff see if it was a sensor or airbag. Within 5 minutes, he identified that a weight (my son’s doing) was rolling over the wire and was pinching it, causing it disable the airbag! The rolling caused the infrequency of the issue. No repair needed. He took the time to fix the issue and probably saved someone’s life by putting in just a little effort! It’s clear the dealer didn’t even inspect the situation! No more dealers, no more greedy, untrustworthy mechanics. Thank you Jeff, we appreciate you and your expertise more than you’ll ever know!Services: Auto maintenance

My experience with Jeff and Jesse has gone above and beyond my expectations. They really do understand what it’s like to be service providers. Yes, they are excellent at their craft but what is more impressive is their communication skills. They are very quick to describe and help you understand, what is wrong, what needs immediate attention with your vehicle, what can wait, and what’s really not a concern. Was referred to J & J by a friend, and these guys are awesome! My BMW 535i xDrive needed a new water pump, thermostat, valve cover, and regular scheduled service (spark plugs, oil change and filter, transmission fluid change, breather hose, air and cabin filters). These guys are experienced, know what they're doing, and care about taking care of the customer. Got it all done in a timely and professional manner, and way better price than dealer or other shops. Actually had the car towed from Denver and it was well worth it. They communicated with me every step of the way, and I will be taking my Bimmer back for any other service. Hired these guy's to swap out the front suspension on a Nissan Frontier. After keeping the vehicle for over two weeks they told me it was finished, and charged me for the job. After driving it for a short period of time, I realized that was a lie. The vehicle they gave back to me was missing parts, and extremely unsafe to drive. The wheel almost fell off taking it to a new mechanic. Now these guy's have gone completely dark on any attempts of contact.
