They were horrible! Salesman said that they needed one week's notice to have our goods to us. We provided one week's notice and three weeks later we still don't have our goods. The driver of the van had to call me, the customer, to find out where to deliver the goods as his own people didn't tell him and he is driving the truck!! BE WARNED

Buyer Beware with Coleman Worldwide aka Allied Van Lines aka Sirva. Hired them to move household items from VA to CO and it was worst mistake of my life. I would prefer to carry 11,000 pounds of personal items on my back versus working with them. Unprofessional driver who lied about every thing, had to call police on the driver, many missing/stolen items, broken items, and corporate wont stand behind their service. Unbelievable

I hired Allied Van Lines to fo a move from me from Houston to Placerville, CO picking up on July 21 with a delivery date of August 4th but not actually delivered until 9/7/21. One of the pieces of furniture was left in Houston my mistake and I have been trying to get it delivered. This was a custom build solid wood media cabinet with a 10k value. After trying to get it delivered for weeks I was told that they had attempted to deliver it and now want to chase me 1100.00 to deliver the cabinet. I was not called or emailed prior to said delivery and my security cameras do not show any deliveries to my property during that time frame. The Coleman branch in Colorado is not returning my emails or calls. I also had pieces damaged. Very unprofessional. Buyer beware.

this was ABSOLUTELY the worst moving service I have ever used. In KC, when they packed everything up it was smooth, they then got to CO. No one showed up to help the driver for THREE hours. I was helping unload the truck myself. We were getting run arounds, no one knew if any help was coming, Brad Coleman was VERY rude. He said he could not make anything right, since we had paid up front, all he could do was send us a gift card, we never received. I WILL NEVER use this company again.

It only takes one idiot to ruin a customer's perception of a business. The five-man group that showed up here was a little late, no big deal as they called me beforehand. Days prior to their arrival, I was contacted by Oscar, who explained to me the process of moving day. The movers will come, place the boxes wherever I asked, and put the furniture together. At my request, they put a carpet protector on the stairs as well as on the first floor. It took all day, literally 10 hours, and I was surprised they got it all done. With speed though, came some carelessness. I witnessed a man try to put together my kitchen table and drop the granite-topped table without it's legs straight onto the floor from about 6 inches high. It's a miracle it didn't crack and it made a hell of a noise. Another issue is that one guy showed up in a Trump 2020 mask, and I had to stifle an urge to ask him to leave, but he and the group were handling my stuff and I didn't want to postpone the move yet again. Look, if you have strong political beliefs, fine, but you should also be able to keep that stuff to yourself, as this man-baby tends to illicit strong reactions from most people. It felt unprofessional, and disrespectful as you are coming into someone else's home. I still did what I normally do for movers, which is provide lunch, and the mask guy was nice enough. This is a large company with a network of locations. I'm just surprised that no one thought to ask him to change out his mask, not his supervisor, nor the people around him.
