I have been traveling the country all summer. Before I left Iowa,I got all new batteries,alt,ect for my road trip. While in Louisiana I had battery problems. So went to the local interstate store. I had receipts and had nothing but problems with the store. I had to call the store in Iowa to get help. In the end all they did was charge my battery for Three days.Today I had problems again. So again I went to the nearest interstate store. (This store).I CAN NOT SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR THE STORE IN CO. SPRINGS.The people (ALL) at this store went above and beyond the call of their duty. This store immediately took care of me and and helped me with a couple minor things.THE ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

These guys go above and beyond... every time! I literally drove past 7 other places to go to Interstate, and they had me in and out in under 15 minutes with a new battery installation and terminal replacement!!

friendly staff. replaced my battery for free. would highly recommend. I'm and out in 15 minutes. would've been faster but battery that was being replaced was stubborn to get out but they got it done. thanks again fellas

I love this place. Always fast, friendly, and professional. I wasn't even in the door with my old battery before someone was rushing outside to bring it in for me. I was checked out with a new battery in 30 seconds and they carried it to the car. I came back later to test my alternator and I didn't even make it inside the door when they came out with the tool in hand. 100% recommend this business.
