I've been online mulitple times and called the customer service line twice (and was on the phone for over an hour both times) and never got the problem resolved. Reilee (the customer care rep at the store) went above and beyond making sure I got my problem resolved! I would highly recommend going to this store for anything TMobile related... Ryan went above and beyond any business consultant I worked with at T-Mobile. He didn’t make the sale with me but, he went out of his way to help me in a pinch, even though it didn’t benefit him. I really appreciate this. It saved me from being without a device before a business conference.. I would really like to see him as a business consultant for T-Mobile in the near future helping with my business needs.”
“We were 1200 mile' from home visiting when my wife's cell phone stopped working. Thank God for Google that got us to the store. The girl, very intelligent, very professional, new right away what problem was: the SIM card died. She replaced it, and it worked perfectly. And she wouldn't charge for it either, or her time. I wanted to tip her, but she refused that toooooo!! God bless this wonderful girl ( my wife and I told her how beautiful she looked because she really is). And God bless T-Mobile. Thank so much!”
“Justin and the Manager on Duty TJay went above and beyond to assist me with a warranty issue I had I tried to get the Assurance Warranty department to get my new phone to me and they gave me the run-around so it actually took me 9 days to get my device -I love T-Mobile unfortunately the warranty company they use is marginal at best- S Pedersen”

“Josh was the BEST person we’ve ever worked with on cell phones, and we’re retirees. He was professional, incredible efficient, personable AND he found a charge on our bill leftover from the Sprint takeover. We had been paying that fee for a couple YEARS, and he caught it and eliminated it. He fought for a reimbursement for us. He multi tasked like no one I’ve ever seen, working with three of us on different phones at the same time. Keeping every single thing in order. We have never written a review for a cell phone provider. Josh deserves every accolade he can get. Amazing person!”
“Went here after a previous store didn't have the phones we wanted in stock (we were upgrading).
Wanted to wait until I received the new bill to see if it was true but the sales individual we dealt with not only hooked us up with the phones we both wanted but also informed us of a better plan that would actually be cheaper in the long run for our needs / wants.
Received the new bill today and happy to say the individual we dealt with was 100% honest and didn't perform in shady practices. Super thrilled to find everything to be as expected. We've jumped carriers in recent years for various reasons but after 18 months with T-Mobile we are super happy and will return to this store once the next upgrade is due!!”
“This is my first experience with this carrier. OMG. The associates went over and above what I expected. I walked in at 10 a.m. I was transferring service. My previous carrier was so bad and unprofessional that Idali, my associate was with me for over 5 hrs trying to correct the mess of the other carrier. I was treated with the utmost respect and knowledge of the services they were providing. What an amazing experience. There are not enough words to describe this company and this wonderful and patient young woman. Both restored my faith.”
“Wasn't pleased that Verizon is making customers "check in" just to be seen. Garrett(?) the manager checked me in to buy a charger. I received a text that I was 6th in line. I helped myself to the charger, and Garrett rang me up shortly after. I'm thankful he didn't make me wait through 6 people just to make a quick purchase; otherwise I would have gone somewhere else, and looked into switching carriers.”
“Cario helped my husband and I get our plan and our phones updated. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. He was also very open about what was happening and our options which i appreciated. The store space itself was well organized and clean so that was a huge plus too. Each staff member I saw with a customer was kind and helping everyone. I love my new phone and I'm glad we got our stuff done within am hour. Definitely recommend this location.”

“Several months in to using StratusIQ for service in the BLR area and can't recommend them enough. Speeds are great (symmetrical up/down), no data caps, no outages, and great prices. Unlike the other big provider out here who couldn't figure out how to get service to my house for a month, my service with StratusIQ was up and running within the same week that I called to inquire about the service. Additionally, the techs know what they're doing and each time I've called I immediately got a real person.”
