Scott, Jessica, and the whole team made the process easy to understand and painless. They were always willing to work around my crazy schedule, explained everything I needed, and were always willing to help with my requests. I never expected this process to be seamless and stress free, but it was!!! My loan officer, Gene, was incredibly knowledgeable and super responsive. Each time I called, texted or emailed, he either answered immediately or got back to me within only a couple of minutes or less. That was incredible to me!! Frankly, I was very surprised to have it go so smoothly start to finish. Oh sure! There were lots of hoops to jump through, but everything was paced well and was never overwhelming. I would choose Fairway again in the blink of an eye!

I had a FANTASTIC experience with Dustin Sidwell, Marco Geri and their team at Fairway Independent Mortgage. They were very responsive, the mortgage application process was fast and (relatively) painless. They are super efficient and were able to close my loan in record time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dustin and his team are the best. They are professional, they have a great system in place for tracking your loan. I especially enjoyed their weekly updates on things that needed to be done and progress of the loan. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
