Very professional and efficient. Communicated every step of the way. Especially pleased with the cleanup afterwards. I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process took 1 day (removed old roofing materials and replaced with new)- came back next morning to complete the cleanup.

I don't normally leave reviews because it's not usually worth my time to say that a company did their job as contacted but nothing special. However I'm making an exception in the case of Integrity Roofing. They did a fantastic job replacing our roof. The whole experience from estimate to installation to warranty work was very professional. But i really wanted to highlight the exceptional job that Billy and and his supervisor John did with warranty work. I've had a leak for awhile that I thought was caused by an old roof that was 20+ years old so once the new roof was oput in place by Integrity, I thought the leak issue was resolved. But it wasn't. So, I called Integrity under my warranty to come resolve it. They were responsive and came out several times before we finally identified the issue. But it wasn't a roof issue afterall. Instead they helped me figure out it was an issue with a window/stucco joint from a job someone else had done several years back. They could have just walked away and said it's not our problem but they went ahead and did the work to fix the non-roof issue. You don't see that kind of integrity from many companies nowadays. Kudos to Billy, John and the whole Integrity team. In today's very crowded, local roofing company scene, Integrity stands above all of them in my eyes!

Billy came out and helped us investigate and repair some roof leaks at our apartment complex, he went above and beyond and was a joy to work with, good guy all around and Jacob has been great assisting us as well getting quotes and communicating.

How can a roofing company mess up a roof this badly? These guys replaced my roof in December of 2023. The first wet weather in February 2024 revealed that my roof was improperly installed and water broke through my ceiling. I got in touch with Integrity and some repairs were made. Then in July 2024 we had a monsoon today (typical Colorado summer weather). Water broke through the ceiling and was pouring all over the place. We had to drill holes to allow water to drain to prevent massive damage to my ceiling because of how much water was coming through, which I knew would not be fixed well because the last repairs to the interior damage of my home consisted of painting over the damaged paint. I am writing in August 2024 to say that I don't even know if I want to contact this company to fix my ceiling again because another coat of paint over water damaged, cracked and flaking paint is just going to look even worse. Integrity was out on a weekend to fix my roof again, which I greatly appreciate, but my ceiling is visually ruined because of Integrity's work and I'm sure it will never look the same unless I redo the whole ceiling. Everyday I look at two holes and a 4 foot long crack in the ceiling, and paint that flakes more every day.
The work done on my roof by this company makes me wish I never touched my prior 20 year old roof. It never leaked and it was beat up. My Integrity roof is not even a year old and I have had multiple leaks causing visible damage to the interior of my home. It's in an obvious enough place that most guests notice.
I am shocked at how poorly the roof repairs were made the first time. I was assured by multiple Integrity employees that the repairs were sound, but the work didn't even make it half of a year. And my ceiling was marred in the process - I am adding a picture of what it looks like after "repairs" (being painted). I feel like a failure for trusting Integrity with the roof to our home.

Jay came over to inspect a minor leak in our roof. He was flexible when we had a scheduling conflict and arrived on time. Very polite and very professional. He fixed our problem relatively quickly and was able to answer all our questions. Highly recommend Jay/this company. Thank you

Nathan D. was great to work with. He was prompt, and he really knows his profession. Plus, when my insurance company was being *difficult*, he tirelessly worked with them to provide all needed information.

Several years ago, Integrity Roofing did a roof replacement at one of my rental homes. It was a great experience - quality work done on time for a reasonable price. When I had a leak at my primary residence in a recent rainstorm I, of course, called Integrity Roofing. Ben came out to the house during the agreed upon time window. He did a thorough review of the situation and informed me that it was not a roof issue. Instead of selling me something I didn't need, he advised me on what the actual cause of the issue was and provided some options on how those could be addressed. Integrity exhibited!!! I will definitely call upon Integrity Roofing for any roof issues I may encounter in the future.

There were some communication issues at the start of the job, with difficulties in obtaining a quote from the business after the inspection was completed. Once the issues were brought to the attention of ownership they did provide follow-up activity and reassigned my job to someone else on their team.
Despite the initial communication issues, the job was then scheduled and completely very timely. They submitted the necessary paperwork to my insurance to release the depreciation, and promptly corrected a minor issue on the quote that wasn't recognized until after the job was completed.

UPDATE: This company is no longer close to the original review I gave them. I had my roof replaced again due to a hailstorm and have had nothing but leaks and poor communication since. It was supposedly fixed multiple times , yet this morning i awoke to a wet ceiling again. And of course no one is answering the phone today. Totally different that the work they did for me years ago. Would not recommend this hot mess. We will see how long they leave me hanging this time. Furthermore, I am going to need them to repair the spot that keeps getting wet. Take a look at the old review and the reputation you guys are putting to hell…
Incredible service. My project manager was Josiah. He was always available to contact , answered any questions I had , and did exactly the job he was hired to do. I have dealt with several bad contractors and these guys are night and day.
As for the work. The workers showed up early when they were supposed to. Got right to work. Didn’t take breaks, just got the job done . As far as I can tell, it looks incredibly clean and properly installed as per their YouTube videos. There crew is definitely a hard working one!
The install went as expected in a single day. I would definitely hire again and recommend to anybody needing roof repairs. Good job guys!

OVER PRICED AND NO DELIVERY!!!
Person who came out, over quoted and under promised. Turns out after playing phone tag for almost a year. He no longer works for the company. Then new salesman came out and over priced everything plus reminding me that he is ONLY doing the roof and nothing else. Will never use this company.
