The inspector took his time to explain in detai, issues with home. Not being able to physically be at property made my worries high, but the details explained in write up was clear enough to give me enough information and clarity to make a sound decision on repairs. Would definitely recommend.

Inspection went great, the inspector Chris J. was very knowledgeable and informative.
Update: inspection seemed good at first, just recently closed on the home and got in it and realized just how much the inspector missed. For example, the inspector stated the bathroom sink in the master had a p-trap hooked up wrong and needed to be fixed. Turns out both sinks in the bathroom were improperly installed and there had been water damage (not a leak, actual water damage)he should have noticed according to the plumber we had to have come out. The inspector also only mentioned the roof had short stacks but failed to mention that the sealing around the vents needed to be redone. There are more smaller things that were missed that I don’t care to mention but needless to say the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the inspector showed up on time and was friendly. Other then that I would highly recommend to use other inspectors other then this company.

The inspection was all good. It just sucked to be told by the inspector that I should have been charged less as my inspection didn’t include a lot of things, but that since I paid before the appointment I couldn’t get the cheaper rate.
