I just had the most wonderful experience at this branch. Friendly Welcome, enjoyable conversations while getting business done.We just moved from Michigan(wonderful)and started looking for huntington in colo spgs, the other branch didn't seem as inviting, almost wanted to switch bank's. Glad I found this branch, it saved a customer.Thank you for the great service today ?

Went through the drive-through to withdraw money from my account and the bank gave me a bad $100 bill. I went to my other bank across the street to try to deposit it and it would not take it so I went back to the branch and they would not help me. They had just closed. Management needs to call me to deal with this ASAP.

This bank fail on every front when they took over TFC National Bank. First they took down the TCF on line banking two days before we were able to access the Huntington on line banking, then the day before I was to go out of town for 3 weeks they canceled my debt card and had not yet issued a new debt card, so all of my purchases that I made those 3 weeks had to go on my credit card. They froze my savings account and I could not transfer funds in or out of savings, and then approximately 1 month after I had to call to check and find out where my new debt card was and found out one had still not been issued. The only good experience I had was the customer service representative I spoke to about all of this was very helpful. But not enough for me to keep my business with Huntington Bank

Did a home equity loan, they have raised my rate 0.5% monthly for the past 6 months, closing in on 8%, so that has been terrific.....definitely will be paying this off as quickly as possible and never using Huntington Bank again.

This place is a joke, while the branch staff are usually friendly the company itself doesn't seem to have a clue what they are doing, after setting up my account they kept calling and bothering me stating they need more info. After calling them they said i need to have my Social Security card scanned at a branch into my file.. I do this and they call back a week later somewhat annoyed with ME saying i didn't do it and when i told them exactly what i did they explained to me that i need to do it completely ignoring that i have already done this and my account will be suspended if i don't. terrible bank and terrible management.would not recommend this bank to anyone
