Poor customer service on 2 visits. If you represent your company you have to take responsibility for things that are not your fault directly. If I had received an apology or even an ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of my problem I would have left a happier person.

I was told when Huntington took over my wife's direct deposit would automatically be switched well it didn't i am now looking where her money is of course huntingvton blames her company this bank lied and doesn't take responsibility for the mistakes they make update seem to be getting beter hope they keep it up

This Bank is even shadier than TCF . Hidden fees. Delayed postings. They won’t reverse fees charged for no reason because of their delays so frustrated and over it . Don’t Bank Here .
