Just FYI they’re charging you $300 just for the “Service” and it keeps going up. They don't tell you until everything is done and also, if you’re confused about something they really hate explaining why you have to pay $900 for those 30 minutes plus what you owe to the IRS.

Do not use them. I used them and the woman seemed confused the whole time. Didn’t explain any of the services or the insurance. A year later the IRS sends me a bill for 2500 due in a week. She did them wrong and they wouldn’t pay for the mistakes. Talked to someone else who was kind at HR Block head office and they explained to me that the deduction I got was something she made up and didn’t exist but because I didn’t purchase the insurance that she didn’t explain to me they won’t pay it.

I am severely disappointed by our tax preparation person who asked us to google stuff to put in the forms, talked smack about our respective states (jokingly, but slightly uncomfortable), didn't know what a 1099 was, and kept messing up the paperwork.Super nice and personable, but their professionalism was a bit lacking.We got a manager involved to fix everything but damn, that was painful!

On the website for H\\u0026R Block it says that you can file your taxes for $80. But when I set an appointment to try to file my taxes and I inquired about how much it would cost me, the tax preparer that I was assigned told me it was going to cost me no less than $325 to file my taxes. So don't trust what you read on the website. It's false. A lie. Filing online for free by yourself is not that difficult. So my friendly suggestion is that you save your money and not let these criminals file your taxes do it yourself!

This office was extremely unprofessional when it comes to respecting appointment times and lacked communication, I sat waiting for my appointment at 4:00pm when I had checked in 15 minutes early, and no one had come to communicate anything regarding my appointment until I walked back at 4:45pm and asked a tax representative when I would be seen and she had no idea because she said “your tax representative does not like when I check in on her so I have no idea”, this office lacked communication and wasted my time go anywhere else to do your taxes
