Our previous Tax Preparer retired the beginning of this year. We really did not know where to go but felt drawn to try H & R due to their reputation. We had an issue online but were quickly set up with an appointment and Robert Smith, our tax preparer was excellent. He was professional but very polite and walked us through every single step. His knowledge and insight for our taxes and preparing for next year with our business, was so appreciated. We will continue on with this service and really do not feel the need to go elsewhere. I'd like to add that this was one of the best returns we have had and we feel that is because of Roberts knowledge and doing all he could to help us on this return.

This place used to be pretty good, but something changed in the last year. Gal called off on us, and that's okay, but they changed our appointment time, couldnt be bothered to tell us, and then tried to force a reschedule. I'll reschedule somewhere else.

Worst experience ever. Robert Smith was supposed to do my return but "accidentally" forgot to submit it for 5 days. Then he tried to play it off like he wasn't responsible for it not being done correctly. He is unprofessional and a liar.Never using H&R blocked again.

H&R Block does not reward returning customers for their loyalty. H&R Block's referral program means very little to me. I have no interest bin working for H&R Block. Unless H&R Block starts offering some type of automatic discount for being a loyal returning customer, I intend to take my business elsewhere.

Would have been my 3rd or 4th year in a row, but no discount at all for returning customers. Way too expensive for a simple tax return, doing it myself this year.

You charge unnecessary fees for forms that are required by law to be filed with your federal and state tax's. Why cant you charge a flat fee for federal and state and that includes the additional forms that are already requirements such as the child tax credit, unemployment, w-2's
