“The Broadmoor Hotel exceeded our expectations. Every staff member we interacted with knew we were celebrating our anniversary and we received a complimentary dessert with every dinner. We received an upgraded corner room with mountain view, amazing.
To top it off Ann Alba, their VP and General Manager placed a wonderful bottle of champagne and their coffee table book in our room after she had interacted with my wife after my wife had shared with her how special her staff had been and how moving Ann's comments had been at the 4th of July flag raising.

“We have been using Drury Inns for a few years. They are pet friendly, which is necessary for us. I don't want to stay at any other hotel! The facilities are consistently very clean, the personnel are exceptionally friendly. They have a "Kickback" in the evening, consisting of an entree, salad, soup, hot dogs, etc. and the breakfast buffet is great! In a world where good service is almost completely gone, Drury Inn & Suites is a shining example of what should be.”

Adam met us when we arrived from our long journey from Texas and greeted us with a smile and such an engaging personality, we felt at home immediately. “I actually really enjoyed me stay. More affordable than residence inn but in some ways it was more chill, too. I have a bunch of kids, some on the spectrum, and the shelving as well as the deep high drawers help me A LOT. There was police presence there everyday we were there but there wasn't any drama.”

“I stayed in this hotel for over 4 months. Let me start by saying that the managers and the staff are all top notch, super friendly. There’s good synergy here, the managers often help the kitchen staff. To answer one of the negative comments, if the water feels slimey, its because all Courtyards use filtered water with carbon AND water softener beads, this is why the water feels the way it does. It takes some getting used to for those who have never used quality water filters. Anyway, the hotel is very modern, Ive stayed at other Courtyards that were much much older than this one. The mountain view is amazing. Thank you staff and managers for supporting the military, we appreciate you!”

“We had a great time here with our family, a few cousins and friends. There is a lot to do that is fun for all ages. We loved swimming and doing the water slides most of all. We also spent a lot of time on the mini golf course, bowling, ropes course and some rock climbing too. It was run very well and the staff was very kind.
The food is pricey but there are a lot of options close by too.
This is a place we would definitely re visit. Thank you for providing such a great space for families and friends to come enjoy.”

“It's about a 10 min ride from the airport. Super convenient! The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was great! Exceptionally clean. Has everything you'd need. Sitting area (for about 5 people), a kitchenette with everything you'd need. Pots, pans, dishes. Microwave, stove top (2 burners).They have free breakfast (not continental) every morning. Omelets, breakfast meats, potatoes, coffee and juices.”

“Awesome hotel stay. We checked out of another hotel because of a bad experience and had to find a new hotel last minute on a Sunday night. Holiday Inn Express took us in and the lady at the front desk was amazing. They even had some frozen dinners in the lobby we could buy so we didn't have to go out and find food that night. Staff was amazing, breakfast was awesome and the rooms are clean and smell great. The pool and hot tub work and we even got to do our laundry for free. Great hotel 5 stars from us!!”

“The rooms a little dated and the couch very uncomfortable. The pool could use some work and maybe a heater, but your children will still love it!! Beds and pillows super comfortable!! Small refrigerator and even a microwave. Air conditioner worked well and rooms very clean! As s Gold member we only stay in Choice hotels when available. The staff are so friendly. The free breakfast is the absolute BEST we have ever had in ANY choice hotel! Very clean and keep fully stocked even when it was so busy. Worth the money to stay here!”

Our stay at the Embassy Suites Hilton in Colorado Springs was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their warmth and positivity set the tone for an unforgettable experience.
The breakfast was an absolute highlight! The variety was fantastic—everything was fresh and flavorful. The omelet station was a real treat, and the chef made sure to greet everyone with a smile. The staff in the dining area were so attentive, constantly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. They truly went the extra mile to make mornings feel special.
The complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening were another standout. The bartenders were incredible—friendly, professional, and so much fun to chat with. Every interaction with the staff left us feeling cared for and appreciated.
The hotel itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, and they made our dogs feel like part of the family. Their pet-friendly attitude was refreshing and heartwarming.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to coming back. Huge thanks to the Embassy Suites team for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable experience!”
