Josh is fabulous - took the time to troubleshoot our door bell and discovered it needed to be replaced. Ordered a new one and will return to replace it.

Howell and Jake did an awesome job installing a versa box for our frame tv, so we could hide the wire and really make it look like a piece of art on the wall. They were very kind and I really appreciate their attention to detail.

Josh was very professional and took the time to educate us on the issue that we had problems with . He even programmed items to ensure that we did not have any problems down the road. He showed us what to do if we experience any issues similar to what we had. We asked if Home Run has security systems available and he even gave us a quick update on what is available. We were pleased with the customer service he provided.
