It takes alot for me to give a poor rating, so know when I say that the rental department needs a lot of work, I mean it. I’ve rented tools or equipment from this location several times and each time I have had an hour of my time, after I’ve made payment, wasted due to disorganization and lack of professionalism in this department. This ranges from not knowing where keys to equipment are, giving paperwork on the wrong equipment, and forgetting to unlock equipment or give all of the equipments necessary prices. Although I’ve come to this location several times because it was the closest one to the job site, it will save me time to drive further in rent from a more organized location.

This location refused to honor a sale pricing that was listed online. Speaking to the manager did not result in anything besides being told to call the online division. Classic bait and switch. These tactics are a terrible business practice. As a large corporation there should be universal pricing between locations and online.

After waiting for an hour to talk to the employee in paint, I finally got my paint ordered. After getting my paint and going to the check out line the cashier refused to help me get my military discount, because I did not have a QR code. Go to Lowes show them your military ID they will attach it to your phone number. GO TO LOWES!!! Home Depot has completely fallen in the dumps. It's the Dollar Tree Quality with Target prices.

Bought some gardening supplies today. Had to go back several times. The first time the checkout girl was mumbling- asked her to repeat 3 times before I could understand her. The 2nd visit the checkout guy was talking to me and yawning at the same time. Obviously, didn't understand a word he said. Maybe some refreshing on manners and how to speak clearly and confidently to customers would be helpful.

Came to buy a large amount of soil for a garden and when I asked to use my military discount the guy rudely told me they don't have one anymore and I have to sign up for a special program now after having waited in line for 20 minutes and the guy tells me that it takes 24 hours to activate so just pay without it no exception despite my active military id card.

Terrible customer service and refund policy. I placed an order online to be delivered. I paid half with my credit card and half with my gift cards. They took the order and payment, but later called me and said their inventory was wrong so they're going to cancel the order. They said they could refund my credit card, but I would have to drive an hour round trip to go to the store to get my gift card money back. Completely ridiculous...

Worst customer service. Management is worthless. Nobody knew what they were doing. Called for a product and was told it was there. Went in and told them I was the one who called for specific product. Employee went to check and 20 minutes later saw him doing something else. Went to him and asked and the manager was with him and was like "oh, we forgot." And started laughing. Another 10 minutes to finally get product. Then went to pay and was told by the website we are able to price match. The up front manager said no they don't. Continued to argue with and didn't even care about the horrible service and experience. This place has no clue on what they are doing. If I could give 0 stars or even negative would be more appropriate.

The Home Depot won't honor my return on the appliance I bought from them a piece of crap Samsung dishwasher and I kept getting LC code. it is 4 weeks old this is a common problem I found out I just wanted my money back I would have bought a different brand at the same homedepot now I will never buy another appliance from any homedepot.

I have had a lot of great experiences. So, I don't want to be that guy and give them a 1 star because of one bad experience. There are lots of helpful people there and they honor Veterans. Today though, I was a little disappointed. My daughter used my truck to pick up a piece of plywood. She is a Senior in High-school. They were nice enough to put the wood in the back but when asked if it would be fine just propped up against the side of the bed without any straps etc. they said yes. Going down the street at 20 miles per hour is flew out. I should have gone with her in the first place. But I went back with her to get it off the street. At this point, maybe 15 minutes later it was gone. I told her to go back with her receipt and explain what had happened and they told her it was her fault. Maybe not so much a reflection on this store but on the world we live in. I was taught to treat women with respect and be courteous. O well, I guess to some people this is progress. For now on I will make sure I am with her and not depend on the kindness of strangers.

I've been giving my business to Home Depot for decades. As a Disabled Veteran, I have always been able to count on them helping me stretch my budget dollars with my Military Discount. NOT ANY MORE. For the first time ever, I was refused my Military discount today and was told i don't get a discount on the repair parts for my plumbing I was purchasing because building materials are excluded along with a lot of other items. (His words.). The cashier Joshua was even indignant about it when I was surprised. NOT A GOOD MOVE, HOME DEPOT. I will be shopping elsewhere for my home improvement supplies in the future. Thank you for your service? Evidently not at Home Depot... Disappointed.

Home Depot on Woodmen and N Academy had 5 stars until today. Absolutely RUDE and CONDESCENDING "designer" Christopher in the kitchen countertop department. Unbelievable attitude! Spoke down to me as if he is superior and conveyed I was grossly inconveniencing him. Ben and Ethan were outstanding and pleasant when I asked for help with flooring. Multiple members of my military family have purchased homes, rental properties and invested a lot of money in HD products for home improvements at this store. Not now. I spoke to the manager Jordan. I explained my realtor will also know about this. LOWE$ it IS!

Home Depot, as a corporation, is spineless & does not care about their customers, employees, or the communities they "serve". I have a right to be safe in stores & by rescinding their mask rule, they are showing they do not value my health. My family will no longer shop at any of their stores.

apparently this company will do nothing about the fact there delivery people wont deliver. I paid for delivery and installation on a washer and dryer set, and they have now just decided not to deliver for 2 straight weeks.
